Stay away.. Be aware. Spoke to someone few days ago. I told him I or my wife will be home taking time off work to make sure the rugs are picked up. One hour before the pick up time, I get a text message they will be coming from 1-4 pm and not 11-12pm as promised. Taking my business somewhere else. I cant trust their professionalism and work ethics. If they cant simply pick up on the time they promised and have me take time off work and just simply change the time, I would not want them handle my rugs.

MCC Caret cleaned our Travertine tile flooring. We were blown away when they were finished. Had no idea it would look as good as it did. There service in every respect was as good as it gets. Much thanks.

MCC did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. The are very accommodating and are careful with the furniture. We have used them 3 times and will use them again.

Gene owner of MCC carpet cleaning came out on Sunday to clean and polish our Mexican pavers that we had purchased 27 years ago in Mexico, and installed ourselves. We raised five children and all of their friends on these floors. Thank you Gene, They look beautiful again!

After having a terrible experience twice with floor waxing in my office, I was about to give up hope that anyone in this business knew what they were doing, until I met Gene. He came for a free consultation, took measurements (others didn't), gave me a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. From now on, MCC is the only company we are going to turn to for floor waxing. Thank you for finally making my office floors look beautiful.

MCC Carpets is the absolute best, and I've tried a few. The owner Gene is professional, friendly, and looks for ways to help. He does the carpets in our 3500 square foot home and also is the only floor person I can find to strip and wax composition tile. This company is superb.

MCC recently cleaned and "stretched ripples" to my aging carpet - they gave the carpet a fresh new look and I'm sure extended the carpet's useful life. MCC Carpet Cleaning is a family run business and the owner, Gene, is a hardworking, professional, fair,and pleasant man - I was totally satisfied with the work.

Gene at MCC visited my home and evaluated the area rugs I needed to get cleaned. They all were of different materials and required different cleaning solutions. Gene took them to his shop and cleaned each one to perfection. MCC is very professional, expedient and a great value. I will use MCC’s services again!

From the first by phone speaking with Gene, the owner. I felt trust. I asked multiple questions, and Gene responded well. I know have gene set up for a 6mo/yearly carpet care. We will see how it looks with care in about a month as he mentioned the way he cleans with his “host” primary unit it does deep. Then cleans again with a follow up trick unit wet/dry clean. I will continue to use gene. Cost? Average for living room.
