Servepro recently helped us mitigate an issue we had due to a water damage issue caused by the storm. From the beginning, the Project Managers (Luis and Samantha) were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the mitigation plan would be. The crew members that came out to help us during the process (June, Tito, Ricky and Jasyn) were amazing! Always very professional, on time, knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. They were great about giving me a courtesy call before arriving. They cleaned the area thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. And lastly, they always came in with a smile! From start to finish Servpro provided excellent service. They kept me updated on the work they were doing daily and I always received a courtesy call when they were on their way. Every single staff member that worked at our home was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
The last rain storm caused water damage in our living room and laundry room and Carmen y Edgar did a great job cleaning up our living room. Ricardo y Francisco also did a great job in the laundry room. Luis the manager did an excellent job handing our claims too. I highly recommend Servpro for water damage clean up and restoration.

Everyone I dealt with was a professional. Very professional and pleasant and he explained everything so that I could understand all the details. Also the young man and woman who did the water damage repair were extremely nice and thorough and cleaned up any and all mess that was made. I’m only sorry I didn’t jot their names down. I would definitely call on Servpro again if the need arose.

We had a roof leak, call our home insurance representative and they contacted Servpro. They called us and came out the same day. The technicians we on time, professional and did a great job to dry out the affected area. The removed the wet sheet rock and contained the area to prevent any additional damage. They kept everything clean and were pleasant while working. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them!

I highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing flood water damage clean up. I had 15" of flood water and mud in my garage and water under my house needing mold abatement. The business came recommended by my insurance adjuster and also from a family member who had used them for water damage. At all times over the 2 week remediation process all employees were very friendly, punctual and professional. The two employees I interacted with most, June and Miguel, were always approachable and ready to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. I am now ready to have the next contractor come in and refinish the walls in the garage.

I could not be happier with my new Black Diamond patio. From start to finish Stephanie, my designer and project manager, was on top of it. She was prompt and full of information from our first consultation. During the design process she always responded quickly to my questions or additional requests. We signed the contract and they started the project a few weeks later as promised. As the project progressed and things came up she worked with Alfredo, the installer, to make adjustments and adaptations. Stephanie came every few days to check on the progress. Alfredo’s crew were the hardest working group I have ever seen. They arrived each morning on time, worked non stop all day everyday to get the job done in the time promised. Working with Stephanie and Alfredo was effortless. As I said I could not be happier with my new patio. And now I can enjoy it as summer is right around the corner.
