Lilia and Top to Bottom has helped me for many years and does a great job.

Very easy to book. House is spotless and everything looks great. Billing is easy to pay, also.

I called twice and never received a call back. Not a good way to get new business. Surprised because they were recommended by local Realtor. Dont waste your time calling them👎👎

Communication is terrible. Cleaners showed up 90 minutes early, then wasted time on unassigned tasks. They took lunch in the middle of their 4 hour job and could not communicate on cleaning problems. Called the office, but they did not respond to my calls for help. Finally let them go while everything was still dirty. Waste of money.

Top to Bottom Cleaning does an excellent and thorough job in our house. From windows and skylights to floors, they really clean from top to bottom. Their employees are very pleasant and efficient. I recommend this cleaning service without reservation.

Every experience with Top to Bottom has been excellent!! I appreciate that they are very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. They organize and clean my house to the highest standard. If they see something that needs to be done, they take the initiative and do it, and/or, let me know about additional projects that need tending.

David and Nova Grounds are an amazing resource for both designing and maintaining gardens and grounds. David has progressive design ideas, which have combined native plants with splashes of color to make our garden truly one of a kind. While David's vision for a garden design is strong, he was able to work with our ideas and incorporate all influences into our yard's design. He is mindful of budgets and works within what you can spend to create something unique and beautiful. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of David and his crew. They helped rebuild three of our fences that fell and were is disrepair after last winter. David coordinated with my neighbors and me on designing the structures and throughout the process, he identified potential challenges and solutions to ensure the job went smoothly. We started using PM Landscaping a few months ago, and have been very impressed with everything they have done in our yard. Each week they come, they not only tidy up the "regular" things, but then they always go above and beyond with trimming, raking, cleaning, weeding, and pruning. The property just continues to look better and better. Also shout out to: Crew #29 with Israel and Manuel, and Maintenance Supervisor Juan Carlos -- they are working so hard! Great job.

Angel from water conservation came out. Found the issue quickly and resolved it. Also fixed drip line issues with the plants

We reached out to Monica over 6 months ago, and began working with the PM Team. We are so happy and love working with them. Monica is the best thought-partner and has helped with so many things. She also helped us design a really cool trellis project that we are really enjoying. We know in the future we will always reach out to her for thoughts and idea, and projects that can make our yard and property look nicer.

Juan Carlos, Israel and Manuel have been an awesome team to work with. It’s sort of amazing everything that they have been able to do in just 6 months. More importantly, they are great to work with. They are always interested in helping and checking-in about what is important to us. They work very hard, and are very responsive.

We look forward to working with the entire PM team for many years to come. We are lucky to have such an awesome company in the area.

PM helped me remove a dead tree and then came through with a power rake for my messy looking artificial turf. They arranged for the necessary permit and when everything was finished, it looks great! Very friendly, clean service vehicles (important clue!) And Rob was a pleasure to work with. I dont need help often but when I do, PM will get my business.

I started using PM Landscape approximately a year and a half ago and the difference I see in my yard is significant.
The company I had previously employed was doing the bare minimum with very little accountability and despite my requests it kept getting worse and everything was met with addition charges. For example, when I noticed plants were dying in warmer weather, I asked them to water a bit more, they wanted to charge me for it! That was it, I started looking for a different provider.
I interviewed 3 landscape companies, PM pricing was in the middle of the three but their service what above and beyond. They are a professional company with a structure that provides excellent service and management. A project manager arrived at my house, walked the front and back yard with me, I explained what I needed, they gave two options for weekly yard maintenance and advised on what they would recommend I do once a year (pruning etc). They have teams who work together and a foreman who checks in on the work. I loved the structure and communication. For just slightly more than I had been paying the other vendor, I received a significantly better service. Jorge and Jose do a great job keeping things tidy and green. They are on time, they aren't rushing to the next job, they have their system and they get everything cleaned up perfectly every week. In their first month, I had neighbors commenting aabout how nice everything looked! They understand what to trim back, how to keep the flower beds free from weeds, when to do a heavy water..... I don't have to worry about a thing. If I do need extra work, I send an email to their office and their foreman comes out to take a look, they provide and estimate and if it works for me, the work gets done quickly. I highly recommend PM Landscape, this is a fantatsic company and they an excellent system and they are worth every penny.

I had a one time yard clean up. Alfonso and Daniel - Crew 16 - did a wonderful job in trimming all of the grasses and ornamentals. They also did an amazing trim on a giant Cecil Brunner arbor - best trim it ever had. Everything was cleaned up nicely as well. Very professional, great job and Thank You!
