We called this company for a one time housecleaning for my father while he was in the hospital. They were quick to respond and schedule. It was very easy to set everything up. Veronica did a wonderful job cleaning! I would definitely use their services again.

Veronica was professional, friendly and worked to get the best possible results. Even after she had finished and was packing up to leave she was still finding areas she noted for the next time. The end result was great!

This was a last-minute cleaning of a four-room cottage with a bathroom and shower enclosure, and a small kitchen. Leon showed up early and got right to work. He obviously knows what he's doing and I'm very happy to say that the cottage looks and smells so much better -- it had been vacant for awhile and I doubt it ever had been cleaned so thoroughly. Thank you Heaven on Earth and Leon!

Booking website was very straightforward. Veronica was very prompt and professional. She did an absolutely wonderful job with our house! I would enthusiastically refer anyone to Heaven On Earth Cleaning!

First time this cleaning service came to my home, I had a few complaints. I called Corazon Esacrraga, apparent manager, and told her of stairs not vacuumed, kitchen and dining room floors not mopped, and an incomplete vacuuming of master bedroom. She was receptive and apologetic.
I got an text from her a couple of hours later stating she wouldn’t be cleaning my house anymore. No explanation.
How’s that for better business????

We were looking for cleaning services for our home in Monterey. I called Corazon to set up an appointment. She was able to give us an estimate right away after viewing our home. Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning services left our house very clean and spotless. We look forward to working with Corazon and her company in the future!

We booked our appointment and agreed with the quoted price which was $330 dollars for a minimum of 3 hours. 3 gals came out and they did a good job of cleaning 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. When I tried to rebook, there was no response. I tried 3 more times to rebook. No response to this day. We really needed help as I not only work full time, but care for my elderly mother full time and have a teenager as well to look after. I'm not fussy. I just need help. I found another agency quickly that has not only been responsive, but also less expensive. Licenced and bonded as well, and they did the whole house including the floors and windows. That was a separate service with the first agency. I don't recommend this agency.

I have used Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning for small jobs, big jobs and now even our gutters! We get daily janitorial services as well. There is nothing that they can't do. I have never seen cleaners so thorough and complete. You can tell they care about what they do. Staff is always friendly from top to bottom. I recommend them anytime cleaning services come up in conversation.

I was in search of a cleaning company that would help alleviate some of the stress that comes with relocating. Being a busy mom, I was eager to find a company that would come in and save the day. What I found was Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning Inc! From start to finish the level of professionalism that I witnessed completely eased my mind, and allowed me to relax and trust the process. They exceeded my expectations, by going above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I was still in the area because they are the only company I would trust with my home.(I'm very particular because our home is our safe haven) The smell of fresh shampooed carpets and sparkling stainless steel appliances truly made my heart sing! Corazon was very sweet, I can tell she takes great pride in her business, as well as her craft. We truly need more people like her in this world! Do yourself a favor and book this cleaning company! Life is short... take some time to walk the dog, or enjoy your kids and leave the cleaning to the professionals.

Being in real estate for years, I have had experience with numerous cleaning services. I can easily say that Corazon's team did the most thorough job I have ever seen. The scrub deeply into every nook, cranny, and drawer. They are very respectful of your personal items and organized it all.

Escarraga’s luxury service are true passionate individuals who really take their time to give you the best attention to detail, that I have ever seen. Moving out can be very stressful, but Corazón looked at our unit and with positivity and confidence took control of the cleaning situation for us. We did not lift a finger. This really helped ease the stress factors of moving. They even set aside and organized our small left over belongings, neatly. Escarraga’s made the unit better than how we received it and did not miss any attention to detail. The kitchen, the living room, the carpet in all bedrooms, the bathrooms, all like brand new! Their work is top notch, with above and beyond attention to detail!! I would highly recommend this cleaning company, they are local, highly motivated and take pride in what they do and give you nothing but resolutions. True professionals!!!!

I can't say enough great things about E-Luxury Cleaning. The administration is professional and committed. The cleaners are friendly and very thorough. We've had an Airbnb for about 4 years with them and we've always received rave reviews about how clean our large 5 bedroom home has been. They report to us when things are broken or if the guests were extra messy. They're growing and professionalizing quickly as a company, and I have no doubt that they're emerging as one of the most forward thinking cleaning companies in the Monterey area. I highly recommend them!
