Marlene the owner and her group of house cleaners Letoya and Maria did an excellent job, they were thorough and communicated throughout the process. Our home is move in ready thanks to Heaven on Earth cleaning service based out of Marina, Ca.
I will and would recommend their service to my friends and family, also to anyone who is in need of a solid cleaning business.

I had 3 hrs cleaning. Rosa Maria came and cleaned my small apartment while we were at home. I wasn't sure what to expect because I never had cleaning services before. She made my bathroom as clean as hotel bathroom. I was glad because I saved my energy and my weekend was more enjoyable. The attention to detail was crazy. Everyone can clean but they are professional for a reason. I highly recommend their cleaning service.

Veronica spent several hours this morning giving our 2-story, 3-bedroom house a very good cleaning. She even cleaned our oven! The house looks and smells divine and I don't know why I waited this long to hire them! Veronica was so sweet and not only gave our house a wonderful, much-needed deep clean, but also worked very well around the kids I was babysitting. I was able to focus my attention and time on organizing for our upcoming move instead of feeling like I needed to vacuum and dust instead of organizing. Have already recommended this company to my friends!

Rosa Maria and her associate have done a great job in cleaning a vacant 3700 sq ft house in Seaside for my clients. They have worked deligently and have all the details taken care off. They wipe clean all windows, sliding door tracks and vaccum floors. Due to the weathering in coastal climate, it took extra effort to remove the sediment on small places such as sliding door track and window track. I appreciate their extra effort to help mop clean both garages floors and doors. Thank you very much Heaven On Earth Cleaning.

Contact them for move out cleaning on short notice due to the other company (Molly Maid) ghosted on the day of scheduled cleaning. The receptionist is responsive and able to get us a booking on Monday. I had given wrong card info for the deposit and she contacted me at timely manner and very responsive even when it's after hours.

The house was quite dirty and their performance were really great. Shout-out to Rosa and Kathleen who came to do the cleaning. Especially Rosa, I'm very impressed with her work ethics and hard work she put in. The cleaning was so much that Rosa couldn't finish in a day so Kathleen came to finish up on second day. Kathleen did really great job as well and this shows the consistency of the employees. The house was even cleaner than when I move in.

This is the 3rd time I have used Heaven on Earth Cleaning. I would say that the finished product on all three occasions was just ok. The online booking is convenient and the people are friendly.

We decided on hiring this company for a "Deep Clean" of our home (800 sq. ft). We were sent a cleaner that spent 5 hours in 1-1/2 rooms and did not deep clean in rooms that had been deep cleaned a month prior (office, bathroom). Very disappointing for the amount of money we were charged. We had to have them return to finish the job and send 2 cleaners the second time. The second cleaner did a much better more efficient job than the first but still did not thoroughly "deep clean" this little house.

I called Marlene on a very short notice regarding a house that we were moving into, which desperately needed a deep cleaning. She was very considerate and even though it was New Year’s Eve, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Marlene was very pleasant to work with and responded in a timely manner. Brenda arrived on time and was very professional! She had to break her housecleaning into two days and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend Heaven On Earth Cleaning. I just had my first experience with heaven on earth cleaning, let’s just say it was not good and I would highly recommend anyone else. I had an 8-8:30 scheduled appointment and they showed up at 10:15. There was no communication on their end saying they were going to be late. I had to reach out to them as to see if they were still coming. 1 hr into my cleaning the lady says she hates to be in a rush but she does have another job to get too. She left after 2 hrs of work. As we know they charge 55 dollars an hr at a 3 hr minimum witch is not cheap. It’s not my fault the lady showed up late and couldn’t do the 3 hr minimum. Later I got an invoice from Marlene(manager) charging me for 4 hrs. I called Marlene as to why am I getting charged 4 hrs and she said it was a mistake on their end. To me this is Marlene and her company taking advantage of people, I was at my apartment while they did the cleaning so I knew it was only 2 hrs but it makes me believe that if I wasn’t there they would have kept the 4 hr charge. Talking to Marlene on the phone and the whole overall experience with heaven on earth cleaning was just a terrible experience. Never again!

I like how I left the key under the mat, talked to her through my ring camera and everything was clean when I came home. It smelled good too!

Great communication via multiple sources. The house looks immaculate. I am very impressed and highly recommend Heaven on Earth Cleaning! Furthermore, even though I was "sure" everything was emptied from the cabinets, the cleaners found jewelry and other small objects that had been missed which they left on the counter for me.
