WOW!! The team included Victor and Adam who were great to work with. Very professional and able to get the job done perfectly in an hour! They came on time and got things set up quickly!

I was so impressed by their customer service especially finding a way to get the stubborn stains removed from my carpet in the guest room!

Mike on the front end to set this up was also great as he walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions!!

Since the first time I talked to Mike I had a feeling that he was going to do a great job. And he did it, his son and another guy come to wash my carpet and to fixt because a few months ago someone else had come and this person make it worse but I’m glad I had contact Ferrante’s because they did a great job I have a dog at home so they clean really good. I totally recommend them!

I’m very happy with the service I received. My carpet was really dirty and now the carpet looks great like new. Adam and Victor were very professional, polite, punctual and did great job. The owner of the company was great while we talked over the phone, and booked this appointment. I’m very pleased with everything. Also I live in Greenfield and got better price than other local company was giving me.

I left a message to Mike and he responded so quick. We agreed to the amount and he scheduled me on Saturday which super convenient with my schedule. Two guy came in and they are super great! The carpet stain left from our old renter was gone. Super recommended for everyone needs a carpet cleaning.

Mike is one of the most professional, fair and all around nice people I've ever met. My rugs hadn't been cleaned since BEFORE the pandemic! They're just great. He is prompt returning calls, follows up at the customers convenience-is customer service focused. I wish more people provided services like this.

Mike was friendly and very easy to talk to, he got me scheduled ASAP and made sure everything works out well before committing to anything. Victor and Adam are very professional, arrived on the time window and gave a heads up call before arriving. Upon inspection they explained throughly what the process would be in each room, which ones would take more time and what cleaning solutions are needed. We had 3 rooms initially but I added an extra room just to make their time worth while. We have 2 dogs that made our carpet really dirty and vacuum or regular steaming couldn't clean it.Gave me a good deal like the one Mike talked to me about, and overall they did a great job with the time frame they told me they'll need, and when they were done with it, it looked like we have brand new ones again. I called Ferrante’s for a last minute job. They were able to squeeze me in. I honestly did not think it would look much better. I was wrong! The carpet looked much better! They were professional, friendly, informative, and they left booties (offered/upon request). I’m very pleased! I would recommend them.

You can’t get better customer service!! I talked to them multiple times on the phone and they answered all my questions. Mike and his crew did an incredible job. We have pets and kids and our carpet needed so much work. I’m really happy with the before and after. We also had an area where our cat had an accident and they were able to treat the area and they added a protective treatment on top so that if the cat ever did it again, it will be a lot easier to clean up.

Pricing was fair. I talked to other companies in the Monterey area and just wanna say thank you for not charging an arm and a leg to clean my carpets.

They’re very transparent in letting you know what to expect, what can and can’t be fixed. It’s frustrating when companies just tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Thanks for being realistic and clear!

Veronica spent more than 2 hours cleaning my small pantry, when I came to check on her she was just standing and not cleaning. Caught her multiple times looking at her phone. She left without even mopping my wooden floor living room. So, disappointed, spent money to clean my house but I ended up cleaning it more.

Rosa Maria was my cleaner today and omgoshhhh she did an IMPECCABLE job!! Just phenomenal! She was efficient and thorough and so polite! I loved the service!

Great communication before our appointment. Punctual and professional cleaner. Overall, she did a good job-but not great. Given that she tackled dusting my husband’s cluttered bookshelves, I was surprised to find dusty windowsills and art and door frames when she had left. Also, the toilet bowls and bathroom faucet do not sparkle. Given that there wasn’t a time limit, I was expecting more consistency. This is the first time we’ve had a cleaning service, so we weren’t entirely sure of what to expect was standard. Next time, we’ll know to point these details out as part of our expectations.
