Mike and his crew were very professional. They communicated well, arrived on time, and conducted themselves professionally at all times. He was upfront about the price. There was no bait and switch. He was very clear about what the service did and did not include. He did, however, offer helpful suggestions about other HVAC issues we were experiencing. The service itself was done quickly and cleanly. His crew not just with the vacuums, but manually extracted a lot of debris from our HVAC. All in all, we were very happy with the service and will use them again and would recommend Ferrante’s to others.

Mike and Victor did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets today. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. I learned that they also clean upholstery so I will be booking another appointment to have our sofas cleaned. Overall the quality of work was top notch and competitively priced as well. Recommended!

When I called to schedule a cleaning before the Thanksgiving holiday, they were able to schedule immediately for the following week! Ferrante’s arrived early to clean our upstairs bedroom and stairs; both had heavy traffic stains that they were able to remove! They were efficient and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Mike and Victor did a great job today. They called and asked if they could arrive early and then finished the job quickly and professionally. Mike explained the entire process and made recommendations for keeping the carpet clean between professional steam cleanings. The carpets look great and several extremely bad stains are now completely gone. I'll definitely use Ferrante's in the future.

We needed to have our carpets cleaned on short notice immediately before the holidays. We very much appreciate that Mike was able to work us in a few days before Christmas (and changed the appointment when another contractor took longer than expected). They showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a great job!

Mike and Richard were able to get everything clean and wonderful in under an hour. They were super quick about getting me on there schedule and offered a more than fair price. It was only 250 bucks to get everything done. I finaly got the sticky feel out of my carpet!
