I loved that they have a website that let's you develop your own draft quote and that it rolls right into letting you schedule when they come. They were very professional and cleaned both my floor tile and carpets very well. This is the 3rd company I have used, and they have been the best and will not hesitate to book with them again. The Resendez Bros. and company did a fantastic job cleaning my living room carpet, a small rug and bathroom tile! The carpet looks brand new (it is 3+ years old). They were very efficient and thorough. I actually won this carpet cleaning as part of a giveaway they did, and I will definitely seek them out for future cleanings. I would recommend this local business to anyone for fast and easy to schedule service. This was my first experience with Resendez Carpet cleaning and it was fantastic. I really appreciated how easy it was to book online. Oscar called me first thing in the morning before my appointment to clarify the arrival time. When he arrived, he was so friendly and professional. He worked diligently and even cleaned an extra couch and a some extra square feet of carpet pro bono. The carpets looked great and the job very thorough. Definitely worth the money! I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Excellent and reasonably priced cleaning of 167 chairs for the Carmel Woman’s Club. Erik and Eddie worked non stop for three hours cleaning every inch of material. They even wiped down all the metal parts of the chair. Highly recommended.

The employees was very professional he look first the areas that they need to be clean and he used quimica needed to clean the tile in kitchen area and carpet spots. When he was done I was very happy to see the difference in the kitchen grout and carpet areas. I recommend with this professional service.

We have used Resendez Bros twice now! They are great for our couch cleaning needs. They vacuum and clean our couch thoroughly and quick! They are always quick to get us on the schedule and not to mention they are very professional and friendly! They will be our routine upholstery cleaning guys!! I highly recommend them!

This is the second time my property has used Resendez brothers. They have the most competitive prices and added on some pieces of furniture last minute and didn't charge hardly anything for the last minute add on. They communicated with me through the process and did an excellent job getting some very worn hallways and stair cases looking good again, added plus the property smells great! I even had one of my tenants tell me " I thought I got off on the wrong floor, I didn't recognize where I was. Good Job, keep up the good work!

Over the decades, I have used countless carpet cleaners and none have been as professional and hardworking as The Resendez Brothers. I have an active family with lots of pets and we love to entertain. Because of all this, I need the help of The Resendez Brothers to "clean up our act" from time to time. I can always count on their punctuality and attention to detail. I can always trust they will do a fantastic job. I've had them shampoo our 2 ulphostered sectionals, our area rugs, carpets, and wash our bathroom tile floors leaving our grout look like new. If you are considering to refresh your living space, call the Resendez Brothers. You won't regret it.

A few days after carpets had dried, I could see that there were a few areas which needed to be cleaned a bit more. Called service today and spoke with Oscar and explained the few trouble spots and otherwise original service was wonderful. Oscar said he wanted to be sure everything looked great. He sent Eric & Eduardo over within an hour to redo those areas. They were done within a half hour. Great job again!

I highly recommend Resendez Bros. Steam Carpet cleaning. When I called to set an appointment Oscar kindly answered all of question and throughly expained the process they use and set an appt. for me right away with a day of calling and sent me a text immediately to reconfirm. I needed to have the carpets cleaned wall to wall, not just the high traffic areas.
The day of the appt. I received another text stating the arrival time frame. Then Eric, their service person, sent a text to say he was in route, just before arriving, right on time.
Eric took time to have me show him some trouble spots in each room and then kindly went over the quote one more time and gzvd me a Spring Cleaning discount(which they have right now.)
He then put on booties and proceeded to start cleaning. Since I have 2 cats he prevacuumed and sprayed enzomatic cleaner. After letting that sit a few minutes, he then proceeded with cleaning 4 rooms wall to wall, including going under some key furniture pieces. When he completed everything, it took about 2+ or minus hours. He gave me a pair of booties to protect the clean carpet. then showed me each room. The carpet looked amazing even in the trouble spots and it was left with those angled lined from the vacuum, which always say this carpet has been professionally cleaned.
Thank you Eric, the job well done, professional, on-time and for being kind & friendly.
I will definitely call Resendez Bros. a 6 follow-up cleaning on high traffic areas and again for a through wall to wall cleaning next year.
