Fantastic service. In just a couple of hours, the three man team cleaned the inside and outside of all my 38 windows. The owner was very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling when rain popped up in the forcast and he showed up at the beginning of the service and helped clean the screens during the service. I will definitely use them again.

Rodriguez team was on time, courteous, and efficient. Windows are sparkling clean and they also cleaned our solar panels. The rates were very modest considering the time spent on upstairs, downstairs, and solar panels. We will use them again and highly recommend this excellent team. No complaints.

This is a review from a real customer. Our first scheduled service they lied and said we had debris in our bins so they skipped us. There was nothing in all three bins. We had to wait another month to rectify this. Second service they drag our bins across the street to clean them. They do not communicate and choose to clean our dirty bins in front of a neighbors house (which only caused those neighbors to get upset at us). When we showed the service person that the bins were still dirty on the outside and covered with goo and cobwebs. They said they “only clean the inside”. Anyhow they are not their word and they do the bare minimum. I had to still clean the bins after. Not a reputable company.

I had three hand-tufted wool rugs that desperately needed to be cleaned (foot traffic by humans and dogs). I tried every dry cleaner on the Peninsula. None of them cleaned rugs. I tried three companies who were extraordinarily and outrageously EXPENSIVE!!! As a last resort, I contacted the Resendez Brothers. The reason I hadn't reached out to them first was because I thought for sure they would be too expensive with their (sexy) vans and high-rent location on the corner of Lighthouse and David. Boy, was I wrong! Not only did I receive TOP NOTCH customer service (they returned my calls and replied to/updated texts quickly), they explained the process they needed to use for my hand-tufted rugs, and they HAD THE BEST PRICES BY FAR! Even though they weren't able to apply the classic full-immersion cleaning of my rugs (the hand-tufting would be compromised), the topical process they used was absolutely brilliant! My rugs looked brand new - so vibrant and colorful! Thanks, Oscar and Eric! You've got a customer for life in me❣️👍🏻❣️

I love using this company to keep my carpets clean. I have four kids under the age of 10 and a puppy and I can always count on the brothers to make my house feel amazing. I’ve used their services four times over a year and this time they did a couch and area rug. I wish I had the before, and after pictures. If you were looking for an extremely professional and reasonably priced service I can’t recommend them enough.
