I called late Wednesday afternoon before closing and left a message to get my carpets cleaned. They promptly called back the next morning and were able to schedule me the following day early afternoon. I have one medium-sized studio bedroom and a large living room/bedroom that needed cleaning (~1200sq feet in total). They recommended the types of cleaning for each area and I opted for the deep clean service as the large living room/bedroom area is home to a 3 year old who loves to do arts and crafts. They were efficient, thorough, and friendly. The job was done within 2 hours and each area looks and smells great!!! I highly recommend to others and will definitely use them again for future cleaning services.

On the day of service, James showed up on time, and reviewed the rooms for service. James gave me an estimate time for completion of the job, and started the cleaning process. Our experience with Resendez Bros. Carpet & Tile Cleaning was excellent! Both service technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. They estimated the cleaning of one couch, ottoman, and area rug to take 1.5 hrs. They completed the work in only an hour. Our furniture looks super clean and smells fresh again. 10/10 would recommend this company!

Resendez Bros did an unbelievable job at The Cove Clubhouse in the Sea Haven Community, Marina. We scheduled a large outside job with outdoor furniture and cushions and they worked overtime to get the job done. They also cleaned the outside pavilion tile and sealed it with a clear coat and spot cleaned our indoor rugs. We can wait to have them back to do the inside tile floors next

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Resendez Bros to clean the turf in our back patio and we could not be any more pleased with the results! Our taproom gets a lot of traffic, including food/beverage spills, dogs, amongst other things & it’s no easy job to get these results! We’re so pleased we set up a routine cleaning schedule. And such great service! The entire staff has such a positive & friendly demeanor!
