Definitely know the work, and are very quick. My AC is working again. However I wasn’t informed on the cost of repair before it was completed. My fault for not asking before the technician proceeded, but I ended up with some sticker shock upon completion of the work. Be sure to ask about the cost of repairs!

On top of not having water in Porter Ranch, my air conditioner went out. I called Stuart Rose for an appointment expecting it to take a few days. I got an appointment right away. John showed up in a half hour. He fixed my problem in a professional manner. He explained everything to me so I was not in the dark. He did a wonderful job. No water but I have air.

The technicians were running a bit behind but kept in touch which made all the difference! This morning I had my HVAC system routine maintenance done by Stuart Rose. We have used their service for over 25 years. John Golombeki did the service. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as always. A pleasure to do business with this company.

I have used Stuart Rose since they installed my new heater and air conditioner in 2003. Serge is very thorough and makes sure everything is working. Hoping to get a few more years with this original unit, but plan to have Stuart Rose replace the units when the time comes.

My AC unit went down, called Izzy he was onsite with a couple of hours. Diagnosed the issue and resolved it it with in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Izzy, he’s my go to guy. Honest and efficient.

Izzy is a solid guy. Came by next day to replace a capacitor on our ac unit. 15 minutes later we were up and running. Cleaned the unit as well. Thanks again, Izzy!
