I just took it in today for a rattling sound underneath and previously went to another muffler shop that wanted to charge me 400.00 Adam took a look at it, put some sort of heat activated adhesive cement inside the area, no more rattling and didn’t even charge me!!!

Also known as “elite auto care”. Such a nice, humble, honest guy. All of these things are pretty rare in a mechanic these days. It’s a smaller shop, so call in advance. For a big job, he gives very reasonable prices.

During our semi annual maintenance, Serge, the technician made us aware of a situation that needed attention, sooner rather than later. When a tech says this, you really need to listen. Don’t chance it. We’re so glad we took care of it. Plus he gave us various tips on optimizing the use of our heating unit. We’ve been with Stuart Rose Heating well over 22 years.

Serg is a very professional diagnostic technician. He was very thorough testing our HVAC systems both on the ground floor and upstairs. I would recommend him highly for air conditioning and heating diagnostics.

The company was first recommended to me in 1984 by my father, an architect of commercial buildings. I have never been disappointed in their work and, because they're so good, I've only needed them twice for major issues over the 40 years I've lived in my home. They are honest and reasonable; they hire people who know what they're doing (like Dan and Chet, the two who came today to fix something minor that was on warranty).
