I contacted them to quote a replacement of an existing system. The technicians came out and reviewed the system. However, the owner of the company, who provides the quotes, has not done so. I called several times and was told he would contact me that day, but he has not. Their technicians may be OK for repairs but it seems the owner isn't too interested in replacement work.

Deven R. arrived well within the given timeframe. Our problem was located on the outside of the house, so he didn’t have to come in. He came prepared with booties for his workboots, though. Nice! He was polite, showed me the damaged part, and made the repair look nice. Should be dog-proof, too.

My technician (I missed his name, it might have been Ryan?) was fabulous. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we appreciated all of his input and how thorough he was. He was great! Thank you again.

Oze and company are amazing! Or heater was broken and the other HVAC complained we spoke to all suggested replacement the entire unit with quotes over $10,000. Oze came out to look and said we can just good one of the motors. Cost was under $1,000.

We asked him to quote is for replacement the entire unit as well and he came in under the other quotes by quite a bit as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These folks are great! Fabulous service, great recommendations, thorough and clean, informative and educational. It took several trips, as we tried to get a last bit of life out a dying system, but they handled both repairs and, ultimately, a full replacement with class, care, and professionalism, and routinely got back on short notice, all for reasonable rates and without any hassle. *Highly* recommend!!

The owner and his team showed up on time. They have a very good scheduling process which never made me wait.
They provided a fair quote and the job was done in a highly professional manner. This is COVID time and they all wore masks and gloves. I felt very safe and now my house is super cool. Just in time for summer.
