Excellent maintenance service and repair today By RR technician Daniel Lafaille!!! He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me insightful tips on how to keep my system working properly. He definitely gave me the white glove treatment.

Hector came out on 12/30 to check out the HVAC system. He was courteous and professional. RR is not the cheapest but they stand behind there work and will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. 5 stars for Hector!

Our 25 yr plus heating/AC system needed immediate attention. After a thorough inspection, RR service technician Nick Rubio worked with us on a new system that would meet our needs. The new heating/AC units were installed by Jonathan and Dominic both of whom did excellent work in both removing the old equipment and installing new units. We were very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend R R electrical for any future work

Travis was amazing! He arrived on time this morning for a furnace maintenance check on our system. He was friendly, took the time to look us in the eyes, extend his hand for a handshake, and introduce himself before beginning the inspection .
He was thorough, explaining details along the way, and gave any updated info we needed about our system. R & R Electric is blessed to have such a professional tech in their employ!

Rodrigo Estrada did an excellent job inspecting the HVAC system at the home we are in the process of buying. My daughter hired him, but I was present during the inspection and truly appreciated his service. He was professional, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the condition of the system and what to expect. Very, very happy with our two visits so far. Both Daniel and Gary were very knowledgeable, excellent explainers of the technical stuff, and great listeners. And friendly. Gary, the "Comfort Advisor," put together a clever solution to fix our heating, and in a way that stays fixed. It takes experience to identify the root cause of the problem and work out a great solution, the way he did. Then we hung out for a while, sharing stories. He's got some great ones. I look forward to the same kind of experience with the installation!

What a great experience. From getting a quote from the General Manager Chris to the work crew John and Dom! Amazing job. Very clean, detail oriented, efficient and pleasant. Would definitely recommend RR! Honestly some of the best work I've seen.

Daniel was friendly, informative, knows his stuff! Super helpful on my mom’s units! Advising what may be needed, eventually, as her units are fairly new, I signed up for monthly service! Well worth it! Hope u get him on your visit! Sorry for so many !!!!

Necklace Rubino very helpful in my needs in purchasing a new Goodman 3 ton air conditioner unit for my Condo.. The installers put great effort in installing the unit to perfection. Rodrigo Estrada came to conduct the maintenance on our furnace and HVAC. He was very thorough with the work and checked everything in the system then explained it well, in such a manner that would be easily understood. He was also friendly, polite, and accommodating of any questions I had. He cleaned up after he was done and left everything in good order. The company is pretty good and trustworthy.

Great company. Upon calling them, their operators were extremely helpful and friendly. I called to get an estimate for installation of an outlet for electric oven, and had an electrician at my residence in a little more than an hour. Amazing response time. Chris the electrician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was a great representative of the company and clearly took pride in his work. I was truly impressed by the speed of their response and the ability to get a journeyman electrician at my home. I received a reasonable estimate and would recommend RR to anyone.

I’m HAPPILY writing to inform what a competent, caring, thorough, professional, & honest company RR Electric, Heating & Air is! Seems like nowadays, no one will give their best (as they should) unless you pay through the nose an exorbitant amount - Not the case with these guys! Rodrigo was our tech, & we couldn’t have asked for a more caring, knowledgeable, competent, and understanding person to thoroughly track down the source of our HVAC system’s issue & fix it… the right way. He TRUELY cared to do the job right… & not just to ‘micky mouse it’ like the original installers had. He pointed out all the issues & addressed them with the latest equipment & technology - and for a very reasonable cost (which I will not state out of respect for them). This HVAC/Electric company has earned my trust & respect and I will be there, lifelong customer… In addition to referring them to all my friends, family, and real estate clients.
