A/C 911 is a very professional, family owned company in business for many years. Prompt service, reliable, very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and reasonably priced quote with no unexpected add-on fees. Our air faltered during at the beginning of the recent April heatwave. Because we’re older, have been ‘sheltered’ from Covid 19 for three months, and a repair tech would be the first person into our house since we went to ground, it felt like a very big deal. When I made the call I wasn’t sure but what we’d be without cooling for awhile: I needed to feel the office was and tech would be conscious, aware and understanding. I needn’t have worried. Lindsay really heard me and answered my concerns with understanding and a detailed explanation of their safety protocols and made the earliest possible appointment. When Ricky was running later in the appointment window she called to inform us. Ricky wore a pro mask and was fastidious observing distancing protocols, wore cloth ‘booties’ over his shoes in the house, touched nothing he didn’t need to touch, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it expeditiously and was entirely professional. It’s good to be cool again, and especially good to feel heard, respected and safe. AC911 is our ‘go to’ from now on!

Oze, the owner arrived on time , extremely professional and knowledgeable. All items needed to repair and actually redo an item that another local ac company did , years ago when we had our condenser replaced, they used a wire for a phone/speaker to run our unit. Thank goodness by using too small of gauge for years didn’t ruin our condenser. We no longer hear the surge as it turns on . He quickly assessed our needs , a small transformer went bad , replaced it . Checked our airflow, temperature and made sure the unit was fully charged. Within minutes of me reaching out , Lindsay set up our appointment . 24 hours later we had a more efficient running AC UNIT .
AC911 will not only be our go company for our home , but will be referring to all our clients that my husband comes across weekly.
