We had a breakdown of our AC in the killer heat wave & made the call to Ac911. They hit us in the next day. The call was friendly & upfront, the tech was on time, he got our air going in minutes. We had a broken part that he supplied & installed. Our thermostat was old & 10 degrees off, so we had him replace. He was very helpful & made some excellent cost saving suggestions. We closed off some vents & only needed 1 filter. Def 5 star service & reasonably priced.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days! AC911 came to our rescue and did an excellent job getting it back up and running. They have wonderful staff and stellar service. I have already referred them to someone else and will continue to.

We have been a client for over 13 years. Oz installed our current unit and now we’re on our second leak. The first one cost $4,000+. We are disappointed that Oz didn’t point out it might be the time to consider replacement since the life is 10-15 yrs. Now we have a second leak just months later. I’ve ask for a quote to repair the second leak or replacement. We’ve waited 3 weeks and have not heard back. I’ve called twice and still didn’t receive a quote. We will no longer use them.

They are responsive, detail oriented and hard working. Mark worked with us as our original point of contact and frequently came by to check on the work being done. Miguel was the team lead, and his expertise was impressive and focus was commendable. The entire team is strongly customer service oriented, and Mark ensured our questions were answered in a timely manner.
This type of work is a big investment for the homeowner, but we were in good hands with AC 911. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

I called AC911 to service an Manitowac Ice Maker that we have. Sheri is who I worked with and she was amazing! So nice and really worked with me on scheduling. Then she sent out Roger and he was so nice and knew the ice maker like the back of his hand. He did an amazing job and they worked their tail off to get it all fixed before a huge Grad party! They saved our bacon! I just wanted to say thank you and let everyone else know that this is a great shop with even better people!

These guys came thru on the hottest of days. Very professional technician Roger, showed up on time and saved me thousands $$$ from having to buy a new unit. He recommended summer and winter service to keep up the maintenance to avoid future issues.
