They've been servicing my HVAC unit since 2005, and I've had nothing but excellent service all these years...Same day appointments are usually available, professional and courteous technicians who really know their stuff, and dedication to keeping the customer informed of the needed repairs, and those that aren't! Service is very reasonably priced. My HVAC (AC) unit was blowing warm air last night, I called this morning and the kind representative offered a same day appt a few hours later. Thanks to the technician, Serge, who quickly analyzed the problem, found the capacitors needing replacing, as well as a filter replacement, and he got it up and running in no time...cold air blowing again! Give them a call!

We have been using Stuart Rose many years, both at our business and at home. They are professional, provide clear explanations and we praise them for their customer focus. We find their technicians easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend Stuart Rose Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in need.

Communications were excellent as to timing; he appeared to do a thorough review of the systems.

I need air conditioning. So I did some research and found Lennox to have the best reputation. I found Stuart Rose Lennox's list. Let them know how much space I had they recommend a specific BTW size.
I ended up buying the top of the line Lennox - The Dave Lennox Signature air conditioning unit from Stuart Rose. Then Stuart Rose installed it. Worked when they left, but that was in the spring. And I really don't need air conditioning (I'm not far from the ocean and get a cool breeze going through the house). But when summer came and it got hot, I turned up my new air conditioner and it was not cold. Not really cool. "Coolish" It was 90 outside and 80 inside. That is proper not air conditioning!

I called them up and told them. They came out and insisted it was working fine. (BS!). But the hot weeks were over and I lived with it. A year later I was having the same issues and once again they came out. The changed an air filter, charged me for it - and still insisted it was working fine. It was NOT!

And a year later it was working even worse. I called Stuart Rose and found they're no longer a Lennox dealer (Lennox dumped a few dealers). I suspected they read my review. So I used a company called AZ. They came out and found some issues with the Stuart Rose installation. One was that the unit wasn't properly charged with coolant! They charged it up and now it actually works! You know - like it should have in the first place! Now it blows cold air in the upper 50's at the vent - whereas before it was in the mid 60's. BIG difference.

When you install these thing, or service them, that's one of the first you're supposed to do - check the charge!

So I would have to say, from my experience - that Stuart Rose SUCKS!!! I should have taken them to court.

I have been a customer of Stuart Rose Heating & Air Conditioning since 1997. I have never been disappointed in their services throughout the years. I am about to replace my 27 year old AC purchased from Stuart Rose and I fully trust their knowledge and expertise as to what system of heating and air will work best with my residence. The courtesy and immediate attention from the telephone receptionist to the skills, politeness and the recommendations of the service men in the field have all warranted my trust.

Update:
My new AC and Furnace Units were installed and I could not be more pleased with the installation and the post customer service.

John was my tech that came by for my summer HVAC maintenance. Super cool guy. John did my service last year as well. He completed the work and answered all my questions.
