Power Systems Electric is the best!! They are run by a husband and wife duo. Both are very sweet and friendly. Everything about the work being done was explained in detail....Especially the "why is this important".

Power Systems has been out to my home twice (different issues) and both times I was impressed and very pleased with the work done. You can never be too careful when letting someone work on your electricity. My kinds are now ranting/raving about the tight electrical outlets. It’s like love at first sight.

I think the two things that stood out to me most were: when I asked questions, Dan wasn’t hesitant to answer. He wasn’t after money. Dan and Lisa are comfortable just helping out. Next, my 7 year old gave them gifts (who isn’t appreciative of functional electricity ???). Dan and Lisa sent me a text for my son giving him praise. That touched my heart the most. They say it takes a village!

Tried to self diagnose loss of power in outlets in my new home. Failed. I called to have an electrician come out. Lisa instead guided me through troubleshooting problems over the phone which led to an easy fix of replacing a bad outlet. She saved me a lot of money I would've been more than willing to pay to one of their Electricians.

I will, without hesitation call this business again with any and all electrical problems when expert help will inevitably be required for future problems in my home.

Can not say enough praises about this company. I had another company come out and tried to way over charge me. Lisa had called in between and told me to txt any questions I had about my issue. Txt her during my visit with other company. Dan was here within ten minutes of that company leaving and had my power restored within 30 minutes. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and they are now my go to for any future issues. I can not say enough thank you’s to lisa or Dan for how quickly they replied and solved my issue. If you are looking for an electrician I would not look any further!! They deserve more then 5 stars!!!

I spoke to Lisa who was extremely helpful and got me in touch with her husband Dan. After explaining my situation to him over the phone. He was able to tell me over the phone how to resolve my problem free of charge. I may not have had him come over but if I ever need any electric work I will definitely be calling them. Thanks for all your help.

Lisa from the beginning was so helpful over the phone, she kept me updated the whole time and was a joy to talk to. Dan was great also, he did great work. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, the process was nothing but amazing! I called the minute my power went out in my bedroom and I left a voicemail with Lisa, who reached out to me shortly after and walked me through a reset process over the phone to try and resolve it right then and there! The gesture was appreciated, but unfortunately I still needed service to be done. Thankfully she was able to set up an appointment with me the next day and accommodated to my work schedule! The electrician came out and solved the problem with ease! He was friendly and great to chat with, I enjoyed his company! He also offered some great information to help me prevent any future outages. I highly recommend this company seeing that they treat us like close friends rather than just your average customers. They will be the first person I call for any future electrical issues I may encounter.

Probably the best electrician serving Moreno Valley. They have done several services for us and they all have been quality work and they are extremely reliable. They walk you through and explain the jobs they do and are always honest. This is the first review I’ve done for them but they have serviced our home for a few years now. Found this company on yelp and fist thing I did was read the reviews. Reviews were great and what really made me give them a try was the response time.
I called left a message and received a call back shortly. Spoke to Lisa she was friendly and listened to all my needs. Lisa advised she would call back once someone was on the way. I received a call back in about an hour or so and advised her hubby would be by shortly.
Long story short all my electrical needs were taken care of for a reasonable price. I called other places and was quoted 100s of dollars. I would most definitely use Power Systems Electric again. Glad good people still exist!!! Thank you again.

Excellent Service. This review is for Lisa. I just want to say that she is awesome. Even though she is not the electrician, She knows a lot in all her years working alongside her husband, and can help save money by offering tips and advice before automatically sending an electrician. It is so hard to find true honest help these days. Thank you so much. I will be recommending them to everyone i know. You have a new client.

I called to schedule a service call as I was having an issue with an outlet that I couldn't figure out. Lisa went out of her way to NOT send someone over and guided me through the issue herself so I wouldn't get charged. Turned out I just needed to reset a GFI outlet, thank you for saving me money.

I agree with the 5 star ratings for friendliness/service. Which is why I was very disappointed when Dan, the owner returned to my home the following day and stole our kitten. She mostly stays outside, has a sleeping area on the ledge and is fed twice daily. While in my home on Friday, I shared with him how she adopted us and we had her checked by the vet to make sure she was in good health cause she was kinda small. On Saturday, my son saw Dan walk towards the porch and thought he had come back to do more work. He didn't knock or ring the doorbell. When my son opened the door Dan was getting back in his truck and drove off. My son called and asked if the electrician was supposed to come back. I responded NO. He then said I think he stole JuJu (that's the kitty). Happy ending, we got her back. After reviewing video footage my other son confronted Dan the next morning about taking JuJu and he gave her back saying it was just a misunderstanding.
