The Service Techs troubleshooted the problem and found that there was a neutral shorting to ground issue on 1 line inside the home. I marked that breaker and left it off and informed our tenant not to turn the breaker back on for safety sake and to call the previous electricians back out to service and repair as needed. The techs were very informative every step of the way. Thank Yo Much.

Cal Wide came out in response to an emergency we had in our mobilehome community in which 1/5 of our Park had no power in 110 degree heat. Israel went out of his way to provide a crew to help us (even over a weekend). Ra Ra and the guys got the power back up with a generator, then immediately proceeded to locate, excavate and repair the underground issue. The guys were professional and helpful. They really care! John also contacted us a few days later to ask how things went. Electricians are the unsung hero's of civilization, just as important as police officers and firemen! I manage a mobile home Community and am so appreciative of the professionalism and hard work every time they are here. We had to replace a transformer and shut off power during the day and residents like to blame them but I do the scheduling. Despite the 105 heat, they got it done, asap! We love them!
