Faisal is very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. He was very thorough in explaining our issue. As well he took the time to wash down my AC, replace my filter and glued my hose for the AC. In the future I will call him first and send anyone that I know who are having issues as well to Faisal. As a homeowner, I’ve learned to diagnose and/or fix a lot of things.
However over the years, I’ve found that outsourcing repairs has definitely been hit or miss. Mostly misses…
This is not the case for Faisal.
1) he answered my call at 6pm on a Monday.
2) I explained what was happening & he didn’t hesitate, he said he’d be at my place in about an hour. Naturally I was 110% skeptical & I did not hold out much hope of a savior that late on a Monday. HOWEVER, almost at the 60 minute mark, Faisal rang!
3) he immediately started his diagnostic plan & figured out what was wrong in short order.
4) he fixed it then and there; he had the correct part with him already… go figure!

Lastly, and I want to be clear about this, I am a frugal homeowner. I did not feel robbed or cheated or anything… every question I asked, he answered. I asked some in depth stuff because knowledge is power. He never shut me down, he did the complete opposite and gave me a crash course in HVAC should anything pop up & I need to put on my super dad/handyman cape.

Short and sweet: I had a problem, Faisal came to the rescue and he departed after I paid him for his knowledge, not his time. This is a true professional in my opinion. This man knows his stuff and your money will be well spent on him.

Excellent service and workmanship. Mr. Faisal completed the installation of a furnace and air conditioner in our home. He answered all of our questions prior to the installation. He is very professional, punctual and completed the work as planned.

Faisal has helped me out multiple times. He is very knowledgeable and honest. His pricing is fair and the quality of his work is second to none. He has diagnosed and fixed issues with my heater and my ac in a timely manner. It's really difficult to find trustworthy repair technicians these days. I'm so thankful that Faisal is my go-to guy for all things HVAC. He always does his best to save me money whenever possible, but he doesn't cut corners to save a buck. I highly recommend him!!!

Faisal checked my office HVAC system. He had to go up on the roof. Before starting the job, he thoroughly explained everything and provided the pricing. He even took pictures and sent them to me. Faisal is highly knowledgeable and honest, and his pricing is fair. I highly recommend him!

Faisal came to my house first thing in the morning assessed the problem quickly, ordered the part an installed the part quickly the next day. I am very happy with his service and he priced the repair fairly. He did not gouge me like some other big company's have in the past. I'm writing this review about a month after Faisal fixed our AC system. Thank God, its been running perfectly despite it not working for a year before he came.

Pros:

1. Faisal is an expert. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly, and knew exactly how to fix it. As I mentioned, one month later, our AC is running better than ever.

2. Faisal isn't going to price gouge you. He charged us below market rate, & he reduced the price even more when he was done.

3. Fasial also inspected other AC components and gave us a lot of free advice.

Cons:

1. To be honest, there's only one con that I can think of. Faisal is a family man, so he might be off during major holidays to spend time with his family. DO NOT PROCASTINATE.

I delayed fixing my thermostat. By the time I came around to it, it was already July 2nd, and Faisal left on a family trip. Because of that, I had to rely on general handymen - worst mistake I made this year. It took them 2 days to "diagnose" what was wrong, and they still couldn't figure out what was the issue. On top of that, they went on to break my fan motor while doing their "diagnostics". I was out $500 in parts & labor because I didn't call Faisal earlier. On the other hand, when Faisal arrived, he literally figured out what was wrong with my thermostat within 10 minutes, then fixed the thermostat & fan motor in about an hour n half.

AC issues are the worst. But from my experience, dealing with Faisal makes the AC issues a lot easier to deal with.

Faisal is a wonderful honest and easygoing guy! He will not disappoint you. He offers a rate that no one can offer. You can rely on him regarding your AC repair.

Had a great experience with Faisal on my rental properties downstairs AC unit. I got his number from another client of his who spoke highly of him. My rental property is 1 hour away so it was very helpful to have him go check it out without me having to go there. He was extremely responsive and fast, something both my tenant and I appreciated. I had to call him again barely 1 week later for an issue with the upstairs AC unit. Again, super responsive and had the issue fixed within 2 hours. Very appreciative of his services and plan to use him for all my rental properties. Thank you!!

As I’m cut off by a box truck I notice it says 5* reviews. Maybe if box trucks required cdls the drivers wouldn’t drive so horribly cutting people off and not using turn signals.

I had my AC unit go out multiple times in the Summer & George was able to get it up in running the same day I called. Great service, honest, on time & dependable. I couldn’t go anywhere else.

Armando came out and serviced my AC unit after Nexgen charged me $2800.00, and it was not fixed. Armando fixed it and will be the one who will be coming to service my ac to keep it running and clean. Prices are very reasonable and put the work in to fix the problem and not just charge outrageous price's for the new AC unit and more. Thank you so much Armando.

I called and got a quick response, they were on time and he gave me good price for a complete hvac system with all new duct work and installation on my house that didn’t have central AC, my house was built in 1956. Then when they came to install they very professional and worked fast, they cleaned up all the mess they had made. I checked out their work and I was very satisfied and they answered all my questions that I had. I would highly recommend them.

Armando did the AC in my adu from start to finish. Provided quality materials, was right on schedule even upgraded my thermostat to a smart thermostat. We love the unit is so quiet and efficient. I recommend heating and air solutions to anyone.
