I recently had my AC serviced by Julian from THERMOKEEN and had a solid experience from start to finish.
I first reached out through their website and got a response within 24 hours. What stood out right away was that Julian was willing to communicate over email before I committed to anything. A lot of companies push for phone calls and won’t give clear answers upfront, so having everything in writing made the process feel more transparent and easier to trust.
Pricing was in line with other quotes I looked at, but what really set him apart was the guarantee on his work. He clearly explained that the work he performed would be covered for a set period, and if anything related to that work needed to be checked, he wouldn’t charge a service fee. If a completely separate issue came up, then the standard fee would apply, which is fair.
It’s rare to find someone who’s willing to stand behind their work in writing. That level of confidence and accountability made the difference for me. I’d recommend THERMOKEEN, especially if you value clear communication and knowing exactly what you’re getting.
