Brandon is very honest from the beginning, which is a big reason we keep choosing them for our maintenance and repair needs. They conduct a thorough inspection of our system and will inform us if our furnace is nearing the end of its life without pressuring us to buy a new one or refusing to service older units. I've had them work on a few properties for my family, and they've done an outstanding job with all of them. We have high standards for new installations and regular services, and they have met all of our expectations. We're definitely planning to continue using their services in the future. We also have a maintenance plan with them that allows for inspections of the furnace twice a year to catch any issues early. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work that Brandon, David, and the team have done for us.

He didn’t stop there—he also noticed we were having issues with low airflow. After a thorough inspection, Grant discovered that the electrician who originally wired the furnace had accidentally disabled the variable speed feature on the air handler, which explained the poor airflow. The attention to detail and commitment to solving all our furnace problems really stood out. I highly recommend their service for anyone needing furnace repair or maintenance.
