Faucet handles would spin all the way around, the hot and cold lines were mixed up, and there were other odd plumbing issues. William came out and did a great job fixing everything. He clearly explained what needed to be done, how he would fix it, and how much it would cost. William worked hard and made sure everything was done right and on time. We needed someone right away, so they arranged for an after-hours visit. Tanner, David, and Grant came out to help us. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. They worked hard to locate our septic tank and pumped it out for us, making sure everything was working before they left. They really went above and beyond. Fantastic plumbing service at a fair price! After flushing the upstairs toilet caused water to leak through my living room ceiling, I made an emergency call early in the morning. They gave me clear instructions over the phone to stop the water and had a plumber, William, at my house quickly. He was experienced and quickly figured out the problem—a clogged pipe going out to the main line. They had everything needed to fix the clog and finished the job in just a few hours. Also, be careful with those so-called 'flushable' wipes—they can really block up your pipes!
