I called for help and someone came out within an hour, but they didn’t have the right part for my situation and all the supply stores were already closed. Dispatch was contacted, and luckily Brandon was able to come by with the exact part I needed. He arrived before 8pm, was super friendly, and clearly knew his plumbing inside and out. Brandon explained what he was going to do, fixed the issue in about 20 minutes, and double-checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
