Wonderful service! The tech found the issue, ordered the part and came back about a week later nd fixed the heater.

The price for the Carrier gas furnace was very competitive. The installer was highly efficient and very professional. He removed the old furnace and install the new one in three and a half hours!

The team was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up.

They claim on their website to be open 24/7. They lie! Called on Satuirday and was told they would not be availble before Monday.

The team did great work installing our new heater and AC system. The staff were very professional and ensured the work they were doing met our expectations.

Plenty of experience expert installers with a family feel I would not get my air conditioning needs by anyone else

We used them several times since 2013 for AC and Heating issues. They used to be good but a few years ago they would come and never give the quotes. So frustrating.

Now they came, someone spent 5 minutes in our house, then charged me $220 to tell me the problem but did zero work because he said he does not have the tools.

Then he told me he was going to charge me the same $220 again to come and would not give me any credit for the $220 already spent.

I called another company down and they began by believing the diagnosis given by Pelle (trusting their word). They added refrigerant to the A/C and the problem didn't go away. They then started from the basics and found the issues was completely different.

Never using this them again! I called the company to complain and the response was our guys is amazing, you are wrong and we stand by our work.

I always prefer companies that can own their mistakes. Not this company.

Great service, on time arrival and were able to address the issue, right away.

He answered all our questions and explained clearly what the issue was with our heat pump system. And, he gave us a thorough refresher course of how our new thermostat works.

I received 3 bids on my service request 2 recommended unit replacement and 1 stated I should replace my furnace. Both invoices over 10k. PELLE was the only contractor who actually opened the unit and found the issues.

Unit was fixed in 24 hours and furnace was fine.

The experience was five star from the original Estimator named Rafe to the installation crew of Erick and Sergio. They were on time, efficient and located the devices with a degree of expertise that was promised . I was especially impressed with the way the company represented itself with clear and concise review and recommendation of equipment as well as the pricing. Of course pricing is always a concern but I believe that the price was a bit better than the other three estimates I got and I am pleased with the final result and ultimately the cool air that will be coming with the next hot spell.
