We did our full service including Air Duct cleaning, Dryer vent cleaning, AC and furnace inspection with them and they provided excellent service. They were on time to start the work.. They answered all questions and their level of service is excellent.

What more can you ask for… on time, on budget, even though there were a few complications including a trip to the crawl space, informative and polite. Matias did a great job and will be on my referral list for friends and neighbors.

I had been dealing with poor drying and other related problems (kitchen area would get really got every time I ran the dryer) for months and had called 2-3 other professionals who were unable (or unwilling) to help for various reasons.

One call to Matias and I knew Silicon Valley Air Experts would sort it out. He was responsive, easy to work with and confident of getting the job done. These guys definitely know what they are doing. I will say their rate is fair given the quality of the work (my washer/dryer was in a really tight spot so they had to work extra hard and the rate is slightly higher but definitely worth it).

I highly recommend these guys whether you have a unique problem or just want to do a regular cleaning. Ours was never cleaned and after Matias was done, my kitchen over heating issue is resolved (phew!) and also the dryer is drying stuff really well again :)

He replaced more than half my ductwork and was honest without trying to upsell me on the rest. The main service I called them for was dryer and HVAC duct cleaning, but they also fixed a bathroom exhaust that wasn't working and fixed my attic door hook that had come off. Also, my dryer is in a tight location with not much space behind, which meant the current dryer duct had gotten crushed and was restricting airflow. He showed me this and replaced it with a better more flexible type of ducting. He's very knowledgeable, good at fixing problems, and explained things well. I was more than happy with how helpful he was and with the overall service!

My mom’s new dryer was taking about 2 hours or more for a medium sized load and I thought we should get the vent cleaned out. They got back to me with a reasonable set price and got the job done in under an hour! They cleared out 25 years worth of lint and taught us about energy efficiency for our gas powered dryer. They cleaned up all the lint, were kind, professional, and good communicators. Would highly recommend them to those who want any ventilation issues fixed quickly with no fuss. Threw a huge load in the dryer right after and everything was BONE DRY in 30 minutes!

The two of them worked very accurately and quickly as a team. The neat tidying up was also impressive. And I didn't know about dryer vent cleaning, but it taught me a very important part and it was great to be able to clean it.

Silicon Valley Air Experts were able to come out on short notice when I had a clogged dryer vent. Other companies wouldn’t even take the job due to the location of the dryer vent output, but he cleared the clog quickly and made sure everything was working properly. They also cleaned and checked my AC unit and vents, and did a great job with that too. Fast, professional, and reliable service. I’ll definitely call them for future maintenance and anything I need for my HVAC system!

Matias arrived in the scheduled time to clean out my dryer vent. He found the vent hose was not built properly which he corrected. He then cleaned all the built up lint out of the hose and now there is much better air flow and less drying time. He also pointed out the AC. Condenser is too close to the outside dryer vent which results in a buildup of lint on the condenser.
I would hire this company again.

Silicon Valley Air is the best! They redid all the vents in my two story home so that the heat or cooling is comfortable both upstairs and down! I also love the new Ecobee thermostat connects to my phone giving my easy access to control the temperature. Fast and efficient and also very customer friendly! No fuss no mess highly recommend!

So this was my first time using Matias. Needed our dryer vent cleaned out so I began doing some research and checking others reviews. Decided on 4 different companies. After making calls and emails, Matias was the person we decided to hire. Price was pretty much the same with all the other quotes so price was not the deciding factor. Matias kept in contact with me, confirmed our appointment and text me when he was on his way. Once he showed, he introduced himself and asked for directions to where our laundry room was. He was polite and did a great job, he explained the process and why it needed to be done. Matias gave us great info and recommendations.
