I had a problem with heater air not coming through to multiple rooms and room temperature differe from one room to another by 10+ degrees.
Matias came to inspect what's going on and found broken ducts. His team showed up in few days and they were able to reinstall everything within one day. They worked very hard all day to be able to finish on time.
After they left, they cleaned out everything and took the old removed ducts with them.
Since then I don't have temperature issue in my house.

I recently had my dryer vent cleaned/fixed, did maintenance and new insulation on my HVAC. The team was professional and I am extremely satisfied with the job they did. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Silicon Valley Air for any HVAC needs. The price was also very reasonable considering the level of service and quality of the product. Overall, a great experience.

I contacted the business regarding lost airflow and dirt smell from my vents. They were able to come out first thing the next day to find that I had compromised ducts due to a critter scratching or biting through several sections. The issues I had were explained to me in detail as were the options for fixing. I was also shown possible points of entry for critters and how to remedy. The compromised ducts were replaced and entire ducts were sanitized and deodorized and point of entry was also addressed. Very professional service from requesting a quote to job completion. Communication was excellent and the job was completed promptly.

Matias went above and beyond for our duct cleaning service. He was very professional and kind. He treated what was a simple cleaning as a thorough inspection and made some improvements that will help the energy usage of our home and also identified some safety concerns. My husband and I purchased brand new washer and dryer from Home Depot. Unfortunately, the first time we use the dryer, a vent blockage error code stoped the dryer from working.

We called the manufacture, and they sent out Home Depot service person who supposedly fix the problem by putting a vent hose. Sadly, the error code came right back. Feeling apprehensive to have them come back again we decided to call a vent and duct specialist.

I ended up calling Silicone Valley Air Experts which was the first company that came up for the Gilroy area on a Google search but there was no answer. I went on to the next company and to my surprise, Matias of SVAE called me right back.

He was so nice and accommodating and willing to squeeze us in the same day but because of our schedule the next morning which was a Sunday would work better. His willingness to accommodate our need impressed us right away.

Not only was Matias very nice, knowledgeable and professional, he quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He realized that the vent hose that Home Depot used to “repair” the problem, was too flimsy and the wrong length. He replaced the old style vent hose with a more modern sturdy vent hose and the right length. He also cleaned out the exhalation vent and found that it was clogged with wet lit that was contributing to the error message we kept getting on our new washer.

He stayed to make sure that the dryer was working properly and I can say that I was able to happily use the dryer and have not had one problem since. I am so thankful for his expertise!

Matias and his crew installed a new dryer vent after determining that the existing dryer vent was clogged and corroded beyond repair. The vent was a challenge to install because of its location in the tight crawlspace under my house. They installed the new vent quickly and efficiently with better materials than the old vent that they removed. When finished they cleaned up, removed and disposed of the old dryer vent. Matias and crew were professional and friendly. I certainly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future as needed.

Just wanted to do a quick review for these guys. I needed to get my air ducts/dryer vents clean and was looking for a company that would do a complete job without ripping me off. Silicon Valley Air Experts definitely exceeded my expectations. They were on time, very friendly, had their masks on the entire time, put on shoe covers, and educated me throughout the entire process.
