Jacob was communicative and responsive. They fixed my rotting chimney chase quickly and pointed out what else should be fixed, and what can be left as is. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing related help.

I called Falcon when we found a water leak from around the toilet vent in the roof. Also the previous roofer from about 15 years ago left off the gaskets around the skylight so we were getting lots of little bugs falling through. Mario came out within a day of my request and gave a reasonable estimate. There was a little confusion of the date of work so when his crew came out the following day, he threw in a gutter cleaning as an apology. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the cleanup, and look forward to using them when my roof needs to be replaced.

Falcon Roofing is the most professional organization I have worked with. From the woman taking the initial call, the scheduler, the Project Manager (PM), and workers. They were extremely nice. Explained everything. In a non-condescending matter, to add. Both the PM and head worker made sure I was aware of a change in the repair that would be better for the house. With no up charge. I would recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone who asks.

I had an issue with a downspout after some maintenance work was done. I called Falcon and they resolved they issue promptly. Great service and great attitude.

We used the services of Falcon Roofing for a rental property in Morgan Hill. The team did a great job and were very fast and efficient removing the old roof and replacing a new one. They were also very respectful of the tenants - everyone is VERY happy!

Chris at Falcon Roofing was excellent to work with. He came out to check a small leak we thought was roof-related and honestly told us it was actually a plumbing issue, even recommending a great plumber who fixed it the same day. He still took the time to inspect the entire roof and found only minor maintenance issues, confirming the roof and underlayment were in good shape—unlike another company that tried to sell us a full replacement.
His crew came back the next week, handled the maintenance, cleaned the gutters, and left everything spotless. Honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Chris and Falcon Roofing!

Blue water built my pool about 7 years ago. I have nothing but issues with the pool. The pool cover was not installed properly, he refused to fix it. The tiles on the infinity edge are falling off and he not only refuses to standby his work and refuses to even come look at the issue, even though it’s a safety issue. He blames it on maintenance. He provided the maintenance on the pool the first 5 years of it’s life. This company has the worst customer service ever,

Phil and the team at Blue Water Pools are the ultimate experts when it comes to all things pool & spa and to a person the members of the team are phenomenal craftsmen. Blue Water Pools did a complete overhaul of our pool. This included replastering our pool with a pebble finish, adding new waterline tile, adding benches to the deep end, adding all new plumbing, all new lights, adding a new spillover spa, and upgrading all of our equipment including making the switch over to salt and adding automation. We couldn't be happier with the results and the work has provided a vast improvement to our backyard. I highly recommend Blue Water Pools for your pool work.
