Constraction reviews in Mountain View, California

The service and the craftsmanship were outstanding. Had some challenges and Aria delivered! Highly recommend his expertise services!

Aria responded my message immediately and communicated with me smoothly. After he saw the picture I sent, he pointed out we might have bought a wrong piece. He arrived quickly and on time and did a great job.

Great handyman! Aria can do just about anything, is very proactive, responsible, and reliable. We’ve had him paint a room, replace light fixtures, fix pavers, and he’s been great at all these projects.

Aria is the fastest, most professional, most knowledgeable problem-solver I've called on in the Bay Area. He walks in the door with a complete toolkit + impeccable manners + clever solutions for every household maintenance issue. He spotted problems beyond my prepared list and suggested quick fixes. He also helpfully explained why one project might not be worth the cost. I trust him completely.

Aria and his partner is very professional! They estimated the time correctly and assemble everything for us. Will definitely hire them again for furniture assembly !

Aria is knowledgeable, honest, and gets the job done.

I appreciate his transparency in terms of items that he can get done and items that he would suggest to go to other trades professionals (like electrician/HVAC).

Aria has great communication and great prep work- very patient to listen to what is required, provide advice on what he will do, requested for further photos for clarification and advised if he had all the tools and materials needed.

I had an amazing experience! Aria was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient in mounting my TV and picture frame. He took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. He was attention to detail and the level of care he showed truly exceeded my expectations. My space looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Aria for anyone looking for top-notch mounting services! He even cleaned the area afterwards!

Aria is AMAZING!!!!!! He is a perfectionist and explains things in detail. Very professional!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARIA! You will not be disappointed.

We recently worked with Aria from Royal Building Services, and from the very start, he was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The quality of their work speaks for itself—thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented.

We’ve been working with Aria for several years now — first connecting through TaskRabbit for small projects. Over time, he’s become our go-to general contractor. Aria is incredibly trustworthy, resourceful, and always offers smart, cost-effective solutions. On multiple occasions, he’s found efficient alternatives where others suggested expensive or time-consuming fixes — saving us both time and money. Even after moving homes (and as Aria has expanded his business), we continue to rely on him. Highly recommend Aria to anyone looking for a dependable pro who truly knows how to get things done right.

I have been using Aria for several years now, he was originally recommended by my friend. I cannot imagine live without Aria. He helps me out with repairs and installations at my business as well as my home. He’s very reliable, super knowledgeable, always cleans after his jobs, and he has always great recommendations. He is truly one of a kind- I 100% recommend him if you want the job done right!

Absolutely amazing work. Ari went above and beyond to help me with all my projects. He put together 2 pieces of furniture, fixed my broken desk parts, put up my grandfather clock, and much more. Very reasonable price. Will definitely call to help again.

I had a roof leak that needed to be patched, and the technician did an excellent job. He was thorough, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fully resolved. He followed up to confirm everything was holding up well and that there were no more leaks. Very professional and reliable- highly recommend.

Very friendly person. Came on promised time, did excellent job. After assembling the adjustable bed, he trained us how to use the remote and checked everything to make sure the bed is fixed according to the instructions. I will definitely recommend him.

Aria helped me with my new doorbell camera installed, even with complications due to my old aged house, he got the job done amazingly! He is professional, skillful, and yet mindful. Highly recommended!!!

Aria is awesome. Quick, efficient and friendly and does quality work. I will most definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to others.

Aria did a perfect job for us. We asked him to mount our old Sony Bravia TV (52”). He was very careful not to damage anything and made sure the bolts were strong enough to hold the heavy flat TV. The placement was exactly how we wanted.

We also asked our ceramic grill to be placed on our new grill table. He called up his crew to lift the 230 lbs grill and got the job done neatly and safely. I was impressed how he measured everything first and he was careful at each step until the grill was set.

It was the first time we asked a job and I’d call him first thing when we need something gets done in our house next time!

I reached out to Aria late last night through a neighbor recommendation and he was able to pop by the next evening at 5pm and spent time to install my hand rails. A simple refresh to the area makes me so happy!
I'm having him back for bathroom mirror updates and vanity lights. Can't wait!

Aria is wonderful! He responds to my inquiries quickly and kindly. He works very fast and charges fair! He really works hard and does his best work. Will be calling him whenever I need some handy help!

I recently worked with this general contractor in Palo Alto, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Every step of the project was handled with care, transparency, and a high level of expertise.

They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and delivered high-quality workmanship that exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was their ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while keeping the project on schedule.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor in the Palo Alto area, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using their services again for future projects. Outstanding work!

After we moved to a new apartment, we had several small jobs that needed to be completed, like hanging a mirror on the wall. Everything was done quickly and with proper consideration - very convenient. On several additional tasks we are considering, we got good advice and suggestions for parts to order from Amazon. A few years earlier, in our old apartment, we had a problem with a bed on which our kid was jumping too much. That task was also completed thoroughly, and the bed is still in use.

Highly recommended.
