I have Excel Pool servicing my pool for many years. They are reliable show up every week, have done a good job of keeping my pool in good condition. When there is a problem, they always send technicians with good knowledge and fix the problem right away. I had several other companies serving my pool before I signed up with Excel Pool. So far, they are the best.

Excel Pool has been our pool and spa service for more than twenty years. They are a company that has earned our trust and admiration both for the quality of their service and their reliability. When we needed our heater and pump replaced they were there with recommendation as to which would work best for us and made sure that we got the best price for pump and heater instillation. We can set our clock each week as to when our service man is to arrive. He is always on time, polite and knowledgeable. Our pool is always sparkling and clean which is important since our grandkids make use of it weekly. This is a company that you can rely on for quality of service and reasonable price,

I recently hired excel to replace my old pool heater, pump and install a new digital control panel. They did a great job, showed up on time, completed job quickly and cleaned up my pool equipment area as promised. Although I had a few quirks with the control panel, they quickly followed up and are working out the issues. From the owner, installers to the office personnel, I found them all very courteous, professional and responsive. I had other bids for my pool equipment but chose excel based on the quality of their employees and great customer service.

I have been a client for years and when I need new equipment they are very responsive.
The weekly service is horrible. They clean my filter in the pea gravel dog run rather than the dirt a few feet from the filter. I have had to clean up after them and replace the pea gravel each time.
After complaining the response was basically a who cares if we damage your property…
