This was EXPENSIVE! $550 for 4 rooms deep clean because I was assured the steam clean would only “disinfect” - it’s the same exact tool for the basic, medium and deep clean they just use shampoos on the latter two. I would have preferred going for the $149 basic tier or getting a rental tool myself and a bottle of cleaner to save $200-300 bucks. They explicitly would not give pricing over the phone no matter how many times I asked which is rather scammy. Carpets are cleaner, and service was fast, but that price is hard to swallow for an hour of work +shampoo. Their tool wasn’t even hooked up to a truck unit so it’s not the best option on the market.
