outstanding service! i definitely recommend this carpet cleaning company in mountain view. i chose them after hearing good things from others, and when i spoke with richard, his passion for carpet cleaning really stood out. richard and his helper came by and did a thorough deep-clean of every carpet in my home. they also cleaned my den sofa, making it look and smell fresh again. i've rarely seen anyone work as hard as they did—constantly moving and making sure everything was spotless. it was great having such a dedicated and friendly team in my house. my carpets now look, feel, and smell incredible. i'll absolutely use their services again and tell my friends about them!

Jason was super friendly and setting up the appointments were a breeze. They cleaned every room beyond my expectations and did it super fast without missing any areas. The carpet looks better then new and I will definitely be calling him back whenever I need my carpets cleaned again.

Unprofessional, not on time, no communication.
Ordered carpet cleaning with this company. They gave 2 hour window for a technician to arrive, but no one did. Waited some more and called them myself. They said the technician was in a car, on the way and will call 10 m before arrival. Could not give an ETA. An HOUR later - no technician. Called again, they hanged up. Called again - they could not reach the technician at all. Cancelled their service. Very unprofessional, not on time, zero customer communication. A huge disappointment and wasted so much time.

Just had carpet cleaned with them - great experience! From the person answering the call to the technician, everyone was very nice, accommodating and professional. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, did a great job, and gave a good price. I highly recommend them!

I've worked with Antonio and his team for about a year now and they always do a lovely job on my house. I especially appreciate the good vacuuming they give my sofas to get rid of dog hair! They are prompt, flexible, and accommodating of schedule changes or special requests.
