Professional team that respects our home and privacy. I especially appreciate how they always remember our specific cleaning preferences and pet needs.

Updating my review: The crew has substantially improved over the past year. They are very professional: arriving on time, wearing masks the entire time they are in my house, and paying attention to many details. I definitely recommend them to others.

Prior review a year before: The crew goes very quickly and never moves even the lightest of toys. This means that the floor never gets fully cleaned. They don’t look for deep cleaning opportunities: there is always toothpaste still on the bathroom wall, spider webs on the ceiling, etc. Given that our office is often too full to clean, I would expect that they would clean other areas more deeply ( maybe carefully mop, clean fridge, look for webs, etc).

When Asminda and Andrea come they make my house sparkle. I love having them come and clean. They do an amazing job. The team at Mountain View Merry Maids are always responsive & great customer service. I would highly recommended them.

We have used Merry Maids for a couple years now and they have done a fantastic job week in and week out. There are usually 2 cleaners and they clean for about 1 hour. I really appreciate the attention to detail they put on the kitchen. We have been very happy with their service.
