I think the service is pretty convenient. But it’s pretty overpriced given that they didn’t pull my stove/oven and fridge and clean the areas under them. Now my apartment is going to charge me again for clean those areas. They can do a better job given that they charge so much!

The cleaners assigned to my apartment are always friendly and accurate, and I love the service overall. Sometimes the service is not 100% perfect, but since they are very responsive to the feedback provided, I assume it's okay.

UPD: now it's perfect, their quality control is outstanding

I have been using Merry Maids for over a year now, and am very happy with their service. Recently Luz and Alicia have been cleaning our home, and have done a fantastic job every time. Always pleasant to come home and see what they've done.

After moving in about 2 months ago we were finally ready to have our home deep cleaned. Lizbeth and Natalia were great! They were friendly, conscientious about keeping doors closed to prevent the cat from getting out, and cleaned everything SUPER thoroughly. It felt amazing being in our new space with everything being so clean and fresh. Highly recommended!

Lizbeth and Natalya went above and beyond in getting our place cleaned today! Even cleaning up the windows which have needed it badly. They were accommodating to us with our toddler and super kind in providing us information about what they cleaned. Top notch and so grateful to have such a clean space! I had a great experience with Merry Maids. I used their move out cleaning service. They were extremely accommodating when I had to reschedule the cleaning twice. They reached out to me the day before the cleaning date with a time window, and showed up right on time the day of the cleaning. They left the apartment spotless and sparkling, and I was very satisfied with their work.

My house was such a mess. I have 3 dogs and I’m a very busy person. I was working all day and came home to my house magically smelling and looking clean. Really appreciate the great work.

My team is reliable and friendly and always show up early and do a good job, even though sometimes I’m not perfect about being ready for them, they never complain. This week they even did an extra good job, it’s like they knew it was my birthday!

This wonderful team has been cleaning my home for many years. The cleaning is consistently thorough. In addition they are always on time, professional and friendly. The manager Eric is the best! He is responsive to special requests and very accommodating to make sure the customer is pleased. The service has been consistently excellent, the Merry Maids crew is fantastic, friendly and professional and I love how my house sparkles when they are Josefina and her crew are truly the best.

Merry Maids is a good cleaning service. I have used them twice, and have been satisfied with their work. I will say that the cleaning is not intensive, and so if you have high standards for the cleanliness of your home (corners, crevices, etc) that isn't really what you are getting. You're getting a decent, not deep, clean. I had a cleaning today, and ended up cleaning on top of the cleaning because there was some debris left on the floor that needed to be vacuumed, surfaces that needed to be scrubbed more, and a floor that needed to be mopped in the corners. That being said, the pre-clean they provided was very helpful.
