We started with the shampoo, but the results weren’t great, so we went with a deep clean.

Near the end, the tech said he was running late and started rushing the cleaning, leaving visible dirt marks on the corners. He apologized but hurried out, leaving a ton of dirty water on the floor and some splashes on the wall. We cleaned most of it but remembered to take some photos near the end.
