The Whirlpool side by side freezer fridge in my tenants' condo unit was not cooling properly. I contacted Whirlpool Repair San Francisco (under the Home Alliance umbrella) on Friday Oct 13, the technician John visited Monday Oct 16, diagnosed a defective sensor, ordered the part, returned on Saturday Oct 21 to replace, which also required clearing much ice. The Samsung refrigerator has ice block all the cold air outlets to the refrigeration compartment, Olive clean the ice and replace the defrost heating element, temperature sensor, and the defective fan.
