This company is the best! They are professional and courteous and they understand the workings of heating and air conditioning inside and out. Whenever they have come to my house, they quickly repaired whatever was wrong and charged a reasonable fee. One time, they fixed my problem for free! I was completely delighted. I recommend Monteros Heating and Air 100%.

My mom is 88 years young and during one of the heat waves this past summer her air conditioning went out. The rep on the phone was so concerned she reached out to the owner of the company to see what could be done. Claudio came out that day as his last call and was able to replace a part that was leaking and refill with coolant. We were all able to sleep better knowing my mom would be OK. Thank you again

My AC was not working. My insurance company sent this AC company to fix it. Part of service was not covered by insurance so I had to pay it. I was reluctant to accept their service and I asked some of my friends. Then I think the insurance company chose this AC company and good reviews so I accepted their repair service. They fixed and Claudio gave me the price adjustment due to working hours. I am really impressed that thay work with quality and with reasonable price, not just try to overcharge customers. After a termite inspection, our furnace in the attic would not start. I called Monteros and spoke to Claudio. He was very professional and let me know that this can typically get solved very easily. He said that there is a power switch in the attic and possibly the inspector turned it off by accident. His honesty was refreshing.
Instead of relying on my ignorance and setting up an appointment to inspect the problem (then simply turning on the switch) and charging for the inspection, he was honest and gave me free advice.

I thanked him and told him that I would look to see if the switch was off, and call him back if the problem persisted. I also mentioned that I did not have a ladder so that I'll have to get one first. When Claudio heard this, he asked if I was in the area and offered to drop by with his ladder after he finishes his current job.

When Claudio arrived, the furnace turned on! I guess there were no issues after all. Or maybe it was his magic touch. In any event, we are very grateful for his assistance, and his service. He also did not charge us for coming to our place.

They did a great job! Professional, good quality repairs, and a reasonable price. I have a floor furnace that other HVAC companies refused to service. Monteros was ready to fix it, was responsive, and did everything to the highest standards. I'm super happy and will use them again.

Monteros Air was able to send a technician out the day after I called. Luckily for me, I only had a blown start-up capacitor, so it was a quick, easy fix. My technician Alex was friendly, efficient, and well-spoken. He used his multimeter to show me the difference in functionality between the new and old capacitors and pointed out the physical differences between them. I felt very confident in his knowledge and performance, and 45 minutes later my AC was working fine again.

Really appreciated the friendly and professional service. They were right on time and found a solution quickly at a very reasonable cost. we were thinking we might need new air conditioning and were pleasantly surprised not only that we didn’t but that we weren’t pressured in that direction. Michelle in the office was really efficient in sending texts and updates and Claudio was very helpful. He had the part in his truck even for our older air conditioner so we didn’t have to wait. Dimitry and Boris did a great job installing the induction cooktop's electrical connection. They worked hard to navigate the tricky cable routing through the space behind the cabinet and wall, making it happen with their expertise.

Instead of a targeted fix, the suggestions were extensive, ranging from replacing a barely two-year-old thermostat to overhauling the entire HVAC system, including the AC and furnace unit. This seemed excessive given the relatively new condition of some components.

In reality, the solution turned out to be straightforward - simply resetting the thermostat. Although I appreciate their responsiveness and thoroughness, I believe the initial diagnosis fell short, potentially leading to unnecessary repairs that could have been costly.
Overall, Fuse excels in communication; however, before embarking on major repairs or replacements, I'd advise seeking a second opinion.
