I am not a customer of this company, but I felt like I should leave a positive review based off a unique experience I encountered today. I am a Service Tech myself for a local HVAC company and today I was at a call where the customer had requested us. While on site and in the middle of a repair, a Gentleman, Service Tech from this company was also requested, so he showed up. Awkward situation for all people involved but needless to say I was impressed at the way the man handled the situation gracefully and wasn’t rude to the person that had double booked. (Huge waste of time and money for the company and possibly the tech). Pretty solid in my opinion and that’s why I am leaving them a 5 star review. Integrity is everything and I witnessed that. It’s good to know there are still great companies out there doing things right. Keep it going man, and Above All Staff. 🤘🏼

Ryan and Mike showed up exactly on time. Very courteous and nice gentlemen, very thorough, EXTREMELY respectful to my house and our belongings. Answered all of my questions (even those I asked multiple times, because I am a scatterbrain) in great detail. Looking forward to the next service appointment!

I cannot say enough about "Above All Heating and Air" Fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind! This owner knows the true meaning of integrity and customer service. The owner Pete is very generous and I am so grateful to him. I can never repay him for what he did for us. I had no heat for two years. Within two hours he fixed my heater and won our business for as long as he is in business. I would refer him to anyone!

Our A/C went out yesterday in the 95 degree weather so I was looking for a HVAC company with good reviews. I spoke with Pete this morning and he got me right on the schedule. His technicians showed up on time and were so polite and professional. They showed me exactly what part had literally blown up (we had suspected that was the problem) and they replaced it and had us back in a cool house very quickly. While the quality of the service along with the overall professionalism were outstanding, I have to say that what I appreciated even more, was the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were very straightforward and fixed the problem at the cost they quoted. Extremely happy this repair was under $300. Great job!

I was so happy with these guys! They came out, fixed the problem and my house was nice a cool again. I felt they were honest and gave me a very fair price. They even gave me suggestions to help maintain and keep my air conditioner units running smoothly. I would recommend this company because of their good attitudes, reasonable prices and efficient work.

Very knowledgable, explained everything perfectly so that I can understand. They were on time, very polite.

Had our AC go out last night, called Pete at 8 am on Labor day he was super nice and assured us that he'd be here same day. He communicated with us where he was and how far out he was. He showed up troubleshot thd ac real quick replaced the part and we had cool blowing air in about 20 minutes. Pete was awesome and super professional we will definitely be using above all and pete again thanks guys

These guys are great! They came in discussed a couple of ways to install it and went to work. Got the job down in a timely manner and finished the work cleaned up every thing and I couldn’t be happier. Use these guy they’re amazing!

I trust Pete and all the guys at Above All Heating and Air Conditioning. They do great work and they are trustworthy. They replaced capacitors and cleaned each unit thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

They are awesome. They came and quickly resolved the issue. They did not overcharge and gave us a heads up to what may need to be fixed down the road. I can truly rely on them for their honest hard work.

A tech was due to check our broken down A/C unit however, he was held up at a previous job. So the owner took his place and fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the part in his company truck. Top notch, thank you Pete!

Ryan and crew were excellent. They moved our new air conditioner unit to corner of house and then Ryan filled in space were old unit was on our brick patio with extra bricks we had and the same pattern. Very impressive. Thank you.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I've had multiple experiences and interactions with both the employees and leader ship at this company. If you want to have someone work in your home who will be thorough, honest and polite then this is who you want. They are very attentive, clean and kind. You work hard for your money and don't want to waste it. Make sure you use reputable professionals that do the job right the first time and only charge you for what you actually need done.

When I had problems with my HVAC unit leaking, I called Above All from the testimonials found on Yelp. Pete met with me the following day and gave me options on fixing the unit. With my system being over 26 years old, I opted on its total replacement. I wanted an efficient and quiet system.
A few days later the crew of three showed up with the goods. The process of removal, replacement, testing, and clean up to about six hours. They also installed my own new smart thermostat and showed me how to set it up. The crew were polite, professional, and cleaned up very well. Above All also provided a full two year contractors warranty.
I highly recommend Above All Heating and Air Conditioning. Additionally, they are a family business. When you call them, you speak to a real person and not some control center or robot.

Above All’s guys were respectful, knowledgeable and took care of our A/C problem. I would have no reservations referring them to my friends and family.

So impressed and happy with this company. Spoke with Pete about our issue after calling 3 other places, and he was the first one to immediately know what the problem could be just by my description. He sent out Ryan the same day. Ryan was quick, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. As soon as he walked in he went right to work. He had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Pete has always been thorough and helpful. He already had it figured out from the symptoms I described, had the right parts in his truck, and was done fixing and checking our unit very quickly.

Truth with fairness. We met Pete when he agreed to come find out why our thermostat would not turn on. He was here maybe 2 minutes, solved the problem, refused money and left. When the first company's equipment began to fail, who else would we call? Don't mess around with the wanna be's.
These folks are simply the best.
