Hanna is a highly professional repair man. others offered me to replace my A/C, while he patiently traced and detected the problem and fixed it. it was a simple a shorted wires in the furnace electric circuit.

Very good man. My landlord sent me his number to have an issue with my heat resolved. He was very responsive over phone and text. He arrived on time and waited because I was late. My heater tried to make me look like I was fibbing but the technician Hanna was determined to find the issue even though it was not immediately apparent.

Sure enough He discovered that the flame sensor needed cleaning.

Hanna was on time, he went right to work diagnosing the problem. He was able to determine needed repairs quickly. After making repairs he suggested a chemical cleaning of the outdoor compressor unit. He proceeded with the clean out man it needed it, I couldn't believe the dirt and debris that came out of the unit. Very professional and committed, the AC was totally broken the temperature was 97 in the store, called him and didn't expect quick response but he came in the same day at evening to help, great price for the job done.

In spring time 2yrs ago, I bought a Groupon to check my AC with NexGen. My AC worked fine the previous year and just wanted to make sure that it will work fine. I trusted the guy do his stuff and never checked what he’s doing. Big mistake! He came inside and told me that my capacitor needed to be replaced and it will cost $200 or so to replace it! BTW, there was cold air coming out of the register when he turned the AC on and he measured the temperature coming out of it and just can’t remember the temperature, but it was cold air. He told me his boss is on the phone and wanted to talk to me about buying a new furnace and AC. To make the whole story short, this company NexGen tried to sell my a new HVAC that will cost somewhere over $15 grand and I said no. They left and left with a broken AC that was working before. I called Hanna of HMC Air Systems and fixed whatever NexGen broke and added Freon and guess what, my capacitor is working properly. I recommend Hanna if you’re having issues with your HVAC and stay away from NexGen, because they’ll just rip you out of your hard earned money.
