Austin, our technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to educate us on our AC unit and made sure we understood what was going on with it. He took his time cleaning our unit and even showed us before + after photos. We had a great experience with Austin and Service Champions all around.

I will definitely cpntact Service Champions for future needed services. At all levels I received excellent customer service. Our Service Tech, Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain needed next steps. Also, made the extra effort to explain things to my Mom who is a predominantly Spanish speaker, and overcame the language barrier with ease. The customer service is received was superb. I have neglected maintaining my AC unit and I am very happy I contacted Service Champions Plumbing to tune it up. The unit works perfectly now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I wanted to comment on Justin Verdon from Service Champions Plumbing who came to my house a performed an annual tune up for my heating system. He was on time (actually early). Very professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and did an outstanding job. He also helped with a vent grate which was greatly appreciated. Justin is a great tech and I am confident in the maintenance he performed. Definitely a 5 star experience. I have a membership with Service Champs and they come out annually to tune up my AC, heating, drains, water heater. AC units are very expensive and maintenance is key for long life. I recommend Justin and Service Champs. 5 stars!

The service tech that came to my house was Luiz Chavez. He was punctual, friendly, respectful and informative. Taking the time to go over his findings and evaluation of my system.

We just had Jon Kurtz from Service Champions in our home checking to see if our HVAC system in our attic was leaking. He was extremely helpful and checked our filters and whole house fan while he was in the attic. He patiently explained everything and answered all our question clearly. Very impressed!
