Integrity Air has been consistently excellent and lives up to their name! We have been with them for over a year now and every interaction has exceeded our expectations. They are professional, friendly, knowledgable, fairly priced, and give clear explanations.

Ken came to our house on a Sunday after our air stopped working. He quickly found the problem and let us know our compressor is starting to go bad. He did everything he could to get the air working for the time being and prolong having to replace the compressor, which we appreciated. Everyone from the guy answering the phone to the tech was great to work with.

Out of the last four visits from different AC repair companies, Ken from Integrity Air was by far the technician that provided the best service! Upon arrival, Ken was very respectful and highly motivated to start troubleshooting my AC problem. He was very thorough with his diagnosis and detail explanation of the different mechanical or electrical AC issues. In the end, Ken was able to successfully resolve my AC issue with integrity. In other words, he did not overcharge for his service. I truly appreciate Ken's professionalism and honesty. Needless to say...I am one happy customer!!!

Integrity Air did a great job installing our whole house fan. They were quick to come out and give us a quote at a very fair and comparable price. After we decided to go with their company, they were able to schedule us the next day. Very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend using them. I have been with integrity air for many years for my business and home. They are the best, most knowledgeable and customer service, friendly HVAC company I’ve ever experienced. I had a very complex system in my hot yoga studio, And they quickly problem, solved and learned my system, and how to maintain it. Now I have their maintenance program in my home and very happy with the services provided. Yesterday, Mirna came to my house. And he was very thorough, honest and friendly. The owner of this company, Chris, sets a high standard and treats his employees very well. He’s still responds personally when I reach out. I’m very impressed with this company!!

Integrity Heating and Air was spectacular. I got a next-day appointment, texts and emails from the owner and the service technician, Jacob, called me to let me know he was running behind-which I really appreciated. Once Jacob arrived it took 5 seconds for him to identify the main issue - a compressor that was not running and another 5 minutes to find that there was a bad coil- which he replaced since he had one in the van. He did additional assessments, explained everything and we are getting strong cold air! This is a great small local business and I give them my highest recommendation. Great people, great service and no hard sell for things I don't need. I strongly recommend them!

The technicians, Ken and Chad, were super friendly, and took their time explaining everything they were doing. They did a full tune-up and were really thorough. I could tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way.

I ended up signing up for their Integrity Club membership, and it’s totally worth it. It includes two maintenance visits a year, priority scheduling, no service fees, and discounts on any repairs or new systems. They even remind you when it’s time to schedule so you don’t have to keep track! With the kind of heat we get out here, the peace of mind is huge. Highly recommend Integrity Air, and if you’re considering the membership - do it. It more than pays for itself.
