We had a great experience with Mina during his visit to diagnose our AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He provided us with a couple options before performing any work. We even signed up for the annual maintenance plan on the spot.which includes 2 maintenance check up’s a year, waives any future service calls, and 10% of any work performed. Highly recommend Mina and the team!.

We had a heat pump system installed. They were very thorough and didn’t leave until the job was complete. The quoting and financing process was quick and painless. I would recommend them to a friend. They presented all options to us and we discussed pros and cons before deciding on the heat pump system. The team is very knowledgeable about the product and doesn’t take shortcuts. They even helped bring our dryer vent up to code after the builder had poorly built it originally.

Chris from Integrity Air Heating & Cooling was performing a tune up for us today. He was very professional. I liked that he happened to become available earlier than planned and asked if he could arrive sooner. So that worked out great for us. He took the time to go over the details well, of the service he performed and some recommendations he had. Chris was very interactive while listening to my questions and providing answers. Well worth the $65 for a health check. I'll definitely call them up should I need them in the future.

I have a process for vetting a new Service Providers, Integrity met every one of those items with flying colors. (unlike several others) When I called Integrity, I realized my research was well worth the time.... A very professional office staff answered my questions and confirmed my appointment date/time then followed up by keeping us informed via phone, text and e-mail.
When the tech arrived, he looked and acted professional. He quickly got to it by asking to see the area where he would be working, once he completed his inspection we talked, and he explained everything he was going to do and asked if he had everything was correct. He got right to work on cleaning the ducting and was done in no time at all, even cleaning the work area thoroughly. I appreciated that there was no upselling, he had defined the work and completed it exactly as stated.......
Oh, almost forgot, the price for my work was very reasonable compared to other estimates and set prices quoted for this service. I Will recommend Integrity Air with confidence to anyone....

Jimmy was very informative . Our AC wasn’t working that great, he took a look and showed us where there was a bunch of issues. He actually advised us to not even use the AC anymore due to the
concern of a connection sparking- I didn’t listen and used it the next day and exactly what he said would happen occurred 😂. He wrote a detailed assessment of the problem, which was helpful to show the Warranty people the following day. Thank you for all your help, I would’ve definitely used you guys if we didn’t have coverage through our Warranty.

Our service technician, Matthew Sotomayor, was just great. He was very knowledgeable in regard to our water filtration system and drainage system. He was a delight to talk with and a excellent representative of Service Champions.

Awesome, they fixed our whole AC and ventilation system as well as water heater, 5/5 friendly, explanatory and came back and made sure everything has been perfect so far, can't recommend them enough!!

Showed up on time and went right to work. He did an outstanding job keeping me informed on what he was doing and found a small issue with the a/c unit. He had the part on his van and took care of it right then. Charles was super nice and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Service Champions and especially their tech Charles

Technician had very bad attitude. Forceful and demeaning, I don't know if he is an employee Or a franchise, but I chased him away. So upset with his forsful representation. Will find someone else that's not trying to Gouge us and sell us things we don't need before He even looks at the unit was totally out of line. Felt like senior abuse. So sad

Justin came after 7 PM, when the other vendors all asked for next day appointments. He was professional and quick and he isolated the problem (bad capacitor) as well as identified many others. We had paid someone else to swap out the system inside the room, but it appears we had been scammed. Justin shows is images of the dirty coils and old motors, both of which should have been swapped out. He cleaned up and kept all work spaces clean and back to their original condition.

I called Service champions to turneup my AC. August 4th Technician Christian Sanchez came out he was on-time, he was so professional (may I come in...may I go upstairs...may i sit down...and he's so polite) Christian did the inspection and advise me on the condition of my AC unit, then let me know that I needed A new system I know he wasn't lying I already knew that I just didn't know how bad the system was until he took pictures and showed me everything. Christian took his time and explained everything to me he tried his best to get me qualified for financing but I was denied. On September 13th I called Christian again and told him let's try financing again. I could have gone to another company but because Christian was so professional,
knowledgeable, honest and Thorough I didn't want another Technician. I was approved for financing. Christian again went above and beyond explained the contract explained everything answered every question that I had. My installation process was smooth the technicians were also professional they cleaned up everything and then to my surprise an hour after installation Christian came back and inspect everything he went from room to room even the attic I was so impressed with the service. SERVICE CHAMPIONS OF MURRIETA I'm now a customer and Christian Sanchez is my Technician 😀
