Julius Canales from Service Champions came to my house checked all my water systems in and out of my house. He was so thorough! He found some problems that I was unaware of. I am so glad I had them come so I can get this fixed before it did some serious damage. Give Service Champions a call. You will be glad you did!! My inspection was FREE!!

Matthew came in to perform a water heater flush and did an excellent job educating me on the service and informing me with everything he was doing throughout the whole duration of the time he was in my home. I am very happy with the service and even more happy with the technician who did an excellent job!

A/C $88 Maintenance was scheduled and Austin Paget arrived and did a through evaluation of the HVAC system in the attic, the outdoor a/c unit and all of the vents in every room while explaining why & what he was checking. He showed us the video of the unit in the attic so I didn’t have to climb up a ladder into the access. After replacing the filter & a thorough cleaning of the outside unit, he checked the refrigerant and the capacitor. He wore booties, and other ppe when appropriate to include a high efficiency filtered respirator. This tech knows his business.

Pete was amazing! He was friendly and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. He completed his job quickly and didn’t leave anything for me to clean up when he was done. I highly recommend!

HVAC technician did a thorough job today with our Fall season furnace maintenance, including understandable detailed explanation of what was done. Also, he cleared some moisture from condensation line as a precaution, even though that is normally performed during a/c maintenance in the Spring. Overall, I was pleased with the friendly and professional service.

I've been using Service Champions for a couple yrs now. Everyone is really professional. Justin V. just recently came out to check my unit . He took his time explaining everything to me,which included pictures of the damaged parts. I would highly recommend this company.

Ray is a very knowledgeable Tech. Very nice demeanor, listens to my concerns. Ray is very professional offered services that are available did not try to up services. Finished the job in a very timely manner.

Arrived within time frame for appointment that was scheduled. He addressed the problem right away, leaking hose. Went to get proper hose for job, returned and installed it along with another hose that was next to leaking one. No extra charges on other hose. He explained step by step of what needs to be done.

The technician Jimmy G. was very punctual, friendly, respectable and knowledgeable. He explained each step of the A/C maintenance service that he was performing. Also very thorough by explaining my options whether to repair or replace my non functioning AC & heating system. Jimmy was very nice and professional. I am glad to be a member of Service Champions, where they provide excellent customer service.

Alexander Lopez, our technician, arrived on time and was very polite. He explained things s plainly and cleaned up after he finished performing the service for us. We are very pleased with Alexander’s work and professionalism.

Austin came out for an AC tune up. He was incredibly knowledgeable, tidy, and very kind. He was very thorough during his inspection/tuneup and we never once felt like we were being sold anything which was very nice. He let us know the current condition of our unit and system and even took the time to show us a few things. Our dog Archie loved him as well! Overall we had a great experience.

Jimmy Pucillo came out to repair my furnace, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Jimmy took the time to explain multiple options that would work best for my needs, and his friendly demeanor made the experience stress-free. When he finished, I felt confident and satisfied with the service provided.”

Jose Cayetano was extremely nice, patient and very informative. He provided excellent service and he left the area clean. He helped set up the future appointments I needed as well. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure I got what I needed all taken care of.
