Chris from Integrity was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue with my furnace, got the needed part and was back to install it and resolve the issue. He was very kind and friendly. A+++ customer service.

Chris recommended installing the latest technology for a thermostat and we are very happy with the change. Also, Chris was very courteous and helpful. He even changed out the filter on our furnace at no charge.

My AC had some issues this weekend, I found Integrity Air with great reviews. I called and was offered next day service. Ken was my technician. He was very personable, honest and skilled. After investigation, he made me aware of few other issues. Without any pressure, he gave me honest recommendations and options. Ken was efficient, kept great communication and answered all my questions. This company really stands by their name! He was a blessing! I look forward to working with them in all our AC needs!

Mina was professional and courteous. He provided good information on the yearly cleanings, which we signed up for. Integrity was quick to get Mina out to our house, and service the heater.

We had our A/C unit go out on us on Saturday and we called for an appt and they showed up the next day. Our Technician was Ken Center and this guy was awesome!! He thoroughly explained everything and exactly what the issue was. He verified the unit was working properly after the repair and our A/C blows colder than it ever has before. Will definitely be recommending Ken and Integrity Air to all of my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Integrity Air. Initially met Chad who explained the various services offered with the company, and I was connected with Samantha to schedule my first visit. Ken arrived on the day of our appointment, and he was incredibly kind! Very professional, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. He addressed all concerns at the time of our visit as well and walked us through next steps for future appointments. The membership program is a great service to inquire about.

We have been dealing with a lot in our home due to a recent flood, and Integrity Air has been amazing at making an already difficult process to deal with so much smoother for us. What an absolute blessing to find a company that does business the “ old fashioned way”. My technician was Kenneth. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, had done and things that will need my attention in the future. He kept it simple for me to understand yet not making me feel like a dummy. He cleaned up after his work was done and was very respectful of my home. He showed up on time. I got pricing on possible repairs that would be needed in the future.

Ken has serviced our HVAC twice. Once last summer and recently. Ken is professional and very knowledgeable of what he does. He takes his time and thoroughly inspected and advised us in detail of all findings and recommendations of our system. We appreciate the work he did and we commend integrity Air to have Ken on their team.

This is my second time using integrity air for my house. About 2 years ago. They replaced our upstairs HVAC system and did a wonderful job. I called them out recently cuz my blower fan wasn't turning off. Ken the service tech came out to help me.. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through all the different components of my HVAC system and it taught me all about it and what I need to do to maintain it. The level of professionalism was outstanding! I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any other issues I have!

Let me warn you against using this company. They charged me over $800 for a $200 job. The tech can out to do a $65 tuneup and showed me 2 repairs that desperately needed to be fixed. I asked the tech if the price was the industry standard and he told me it was. The tech was also pressuring me to buy a new $15,000 AC unit. He kept telling me to apply for their financing.
After he was done with the repairs I looked at what he had done (being I don’t know anything about AC), I told him he used about $20 in materials and asked why I was charged so much, his response was “for my expertise” then he said, “it’s like taking your car to the dealer, the part May be $5 but you’re not getting out of there for less than $1,000.
I contacted them and after more than a week the manager finally called me. He first offered me a 10% discount then a 20%. When I said no he said he would take it up with the CEO but he was out of the country. I haven’t heard back since then so I spoke to a legal assist person at snack claims court. They told me to get a detailed invoice from the company, I left the manager a message asking for that and he has not responded.

They came out on an extended service agreement we purchased. Serviced the heater & replaced the air filters with new ones. The tech Ken was very informative & friendly. I would definitely recommend this heat & air company.

We’re Integrity Air members, so every time we’ve had a technician come to the house, they’ve always been friendly, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. More recently, we had Ken Center come and conduct our maintenance check. He was equally kind and knowledgeable, and we appreciated him taking the time to help us understand our HVAC system and ensure everything was running at its optimal potential.
