Rip off. Called them to check out air ducts to see if they needed cleaning and for a quote. Rafael didn’t even inspect the ducts at all. Literally just replaced one air filter charged us $93 saying duct cleaning quote will come later. With what info?! Rafael didn’t measure or do anything within the ducts during our not so free quote

I initially had them out to add a pair of new AC vents and connecting ducting. They arrived when scheduled, were collaborative in helping me figure out what needed to be done, and did great work.

I was so happy with my initial experience that they were my first call when our AC condenser unit started to fail. Mark sent someone out who actually diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor and low refrigerant from a leak) and fixed it, instead of taking the lazy approach and just trying to upsell me on a whole system replacement. Before the work was done, Mark's tech discussed options and associated costs with transparency and honesty. Once we decided on the best path forward to fix our system, the work was completed promptly.

I will definitely be calling Mark and team for any future HVAC issues and would enthusiastically recommend them.
