Working with Ernest was great. One of my rental properties needed the furnace replaced and he was super punctual, tried to fix the issue first instead of jumping to an expensive replacement, and was great to communicate with. 10/10 would work with him again.

I am so glad I reached out to this company to come fix my dryer duct. Ernest answered the phone, we discussed the issue and Joey came out a few hours later. The next day Joey showed up with everything he needed to execute the epic job he did! Joey has so much determination and knowledge..he wasted no time. I can tell you he stayed on task until the mess another company left behind, was 100 percent up to code. I feel safe using my dryer now..thank you Ernest and Joey!

I called Ernest with a problem with the A/C unit in a rental home.Ernest was quick to respond and very thorough in his inspection of the A/C unit to identify the problem. Ernest was amazing. He went above and beyond. My air conditioner stopped working and I had to call warranty company who sent Ernest. He was a godsend. My unit is installed and so very quiet. EMT-HVAC will be who I recommend to anyone needing heating and A/C system work done. Earnie and his team were both punctual, professional. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Replaced both the furnace and outdoor condenser in a very timely manner. The system was replaced, powered on, tested and in use in less than 8 hrs. Job well done!

A close friend of mine who teaches HVAC recommended Ernest and so I called him up. He heard my problem and was promptly at my house the next morning. He inspected everything, provided his recommendations, and ended up going for a new furnace (mine was 22 yo and probably on life support). He returned the next day to install it with absolute efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. Upon completion, he had my stairs to get to the second floor looking cleared than they were when he arrived.

What's more is his price was about half of another company and he pointed out that the part the other company wanted to repair wasn't even in my system. So, let's say his honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are beyond reproach. Small business owner, too. Veteran owned and operated.

Finance is quiet, very quiet, now I don't hear it running and so I sleep through the night. Added benefit.

Did such a great job! EMT-HVAC came out a few weeks ago when it was 100 degrees and our AC stopped working. He came the day of and repaired the issue, but also gave me insight on what to look for and how to possibly fix the issue in the future. We had a different issue today and he came out right away to assist with the issue. Earnest answered the call and quickly made the needed electrical rebuild on our 18 year old system that still "runs great". He didn't try to upsell with replacement unit, just diagnosed problem and did the right thing. We're happy to have found him, an honest "repairman" in an age of replace-men.

We had an excellent experience with Earnest. He promptly and effectively repaired our condensate drain after another HVAC company failed to resolve the issue over two visits and attempted to charge us $700 for additional work. In contrast, Earnest completed the job in a single visit. He was highly professional, clearly explained the problem and the repair process, and even provided photos for transparency. EMT HVAC came out over the Labor Day weekend when no one else could, we were provided a backup AC unit at no charge! over a very hot weekend, his price was the most competitive. I shouldn't have waited till the following week for the other companies to give me their higher price. This is our go to HVAC company and will be referred to all friends and family.

I called Earnest about replacing our air conditioning compressor. He came out the same day and had the whole thing replaced a couple of days later. He was professional, courteous, communicative, and did a great job. I also have the confidence he will stand behind his work.
