I called Josh around 8pm on a Friday night with an issue I was having with my thermostat, he took the time to explain what was causing my issue, how to fix it and stayed on the phone and walked me through the whole process. Talk about going above and beyond. It’s nice to see some decent people still exist in todays world, and Josh is one of them! I would be without AC in this heat, and would have one angry wife if it wasn’t for him. Thank you again! Highly recommend this company!

Fine Line HVAC was responsive and came out the same day to fix my broken AC unit that died the night before. The problem was a faulty capacitor and was identified and replaced within 20 minutes. They also checked the unit in the attic to find my whole house fan separated from the ducting and taped it back in place. The performance afterwards was a vastly noticeable improvement. The price was very fair and I was happy with their service so I also hired them for biannual inspections. I will be installing a mini split in the garage after I get it insulated and will hire them to do this job for me. I am very satisfied.

It is tough to find reliable service providers in Murrieta. Fine Line HVAC is run by some of the best who are honest, hardworking and dedicated to their customers. That is important because when my A/C or heat goes out. It is an emergency, so having a reliable company that is going to let me know what's wrong and what needs to be done with no hassle is great. Fine line HVAC is THE BEST! Reasonable price, quick response times, great work & great guys! Jonathan & Kenny just fixed the secondary drain line & trap on my HVAC. It was clogged and I tried fixing it myself and made it worse, lol. They repaired the line, the trap and re-ran the PVC pipe to make it easier for me to access in the future! Thank you guys!

When our AC went out, I did my share of research on local companies. I spoke to Josh at Fine Line HVAC and explained what was happening with our AC, he was honest and up front about what it could possibly be during our phone call. They came out on a Sunday and although they didn’t have the parts needed to fix our AC on hand, they ordered the parts, and were back by Tuesday and in no time had our AC fixed and working better than ever. Our AC is 19 yrs old and some of the rooms upstairs weren’t cooling down before, the air flow through the vents was really bad, now, the air flow is much better and those rooms are cooling down.

I requested a quote and within 2 hours, Kenny and Josh were at my home. They did a thorough inspection of my AC unit and furnace to see what was going on. My unit was working but just not blowing cold air like before. Luckily, it wasn't anything too serious. Just needed some refrigerant and there was a leak they found, which makes sense since one of the rooms never got cold. They quickly got to work to fix the issues and even vacuumed out my ac unit since there was nuts and debris from a recent rat problem. I highly recommend this company. They're very fair, responsive, friendly, provide quality work, and they're LOCAL! I felt an immediate difference after they completed the work. In our current society, it's extremely difficult to find companies that you can trust and won't rip you off or try to upsell you...I didn't get that shady vibe from these guys at all. They really seemed to genuinely care, which is a rarity. And as a plus, they were both really cool, down to earth dudes! Highly recommend these guys, you won't regret hiring them!

Our AC unit was down, we reached out to Fine Line HVAC. They were quick to respond and came out the same day! Kenny was nice, knowledgeable and professional! He serviced our ac unit by replacing items and also cleaned down our unit as well. Few minutes after Kenny complete the service our AC was working again. We had 3 mini splits installed and from start to finish, the guys were awesome to work with. Have dealt with a lot of different contractors / services over the years and communication is key. These guys were A+ communicators all the way through, installed quickly and cleanly, and at a very affordable price compared to the other companies that do this around town. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I had a very positive experience with getting a tune-up for our AC, which seemed to be struggling to cool effectively this past week with the heat wave. Josh was super quick to respond and gave me a reasonable price right away. He also was really good about continuing the communication. They were able to come out the next day and get the problem fixed in about an hour. I appreciated the job well done and the professionalism. I also appreciated the no-upsell and no pressure to sign up for a long-term contract that the bigger companies tend to do.

I can't tell you how happy I am with fine line hvac. Josh (owner) & Kenny installed two new ac units and heaters in my two story home. The units are so quite I can't hear them when im in the back yard! They moved my untis around the corner so they weren't on my main patio & did not charge, another company wanted to charge $800 per unit to move. They were not the least expensive of the quotes i received but they were right in the general ball park, only a couple 100 over the lowest. Last thing they were great to my dogs!

Josh and his partner Kenny were communicative as soon as I sent out the request, they arrived on time. They let us know what would need servicing on our system and how much it would cost before hand. They even fixed a chew that our dog did when we first moved in. He let us know that our system was leaking since we purchased the house and did an immediate fix which we needed with this desert heat! Definitely recommend!!!

I used Fine-Line HVAC to replace my upstairs air conditioning unit last year, and they did such an excellent job that I didn't hesitate to call them again to replace my downstairs unit. Once again, they delivered top-notch service!
