Earnest is such a stand up guy, very friendly, communicative, honest, caring and just the best HVAC resource we’ve ever had. Will never go to anyone else.

We hired Earnest/EMT—HVAC to replace our upstairs air conditioner. Earnest came out right away and provided suggestions at several price points and never tried to upsell us. On install day, he and his team arrived right on time. They took time to protect our floors with tarps and made sure to wear booties in our home. The team had great communication throughout the process and completed the install ahead of schedule. They were all polite and on task. They took the time to clean up all areas when they were done as well. It’s never fun to have your AC go out in the summer, but EMT—HVAC made the whole process seamless. They were also very tolerant of my barking, anxious dogs. I highly recommend them!!

Earnest is a great guy to work with. He's very polite, patient and thorough. He is quick to respond to any of our needs and quick to finish projects. His pricing is very reasonable. He replaced a water heater for us.

Both Mia and I found Ernest (business principal) to be personable, competent, knowledgeable, a great diagnostician, thorough, efficient, deliberate and dexterous in his workmanship.

Further, I called Ernest advising that our upstairs AC failed, The call was made mid morning and he estimated that he could see us in the late afternoon on the same day … after which he called to give us and update of his schedule. He had replacement parts on hand and completed the repair at the same appointment.

At the debriefing, he critiqued the state of our 25 years old upper and lower floors HVAC units. They are old. Ernest, after this first time appointment, is now our permanent HVAC resource.

We contact EMT HVAC on a Sunday evening because our heater would not stay on. Ernest the owner actually answered on a weekend and made quick arrangements to come out on Monday. He was here on time and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and made the fix all under 30 min. In speaking to him we found out that he is veteran. He did the same type of work in the service. He knows his trade. I see why he has a 5 star rating. This is why we initially called him.

We had a minor repair repair needed, though Matthew did a great job in diagnostics, thoroughly review all components, and walked us through everything. Our experience with this company has been 100%. They've responded quickly whenever we've had an HVAC problem. Recently they installed a new ultra-efficient (more "green") A/C condenser. Tracy, who put it in for us, is outstanding. He set it up so that the condenser works in a smarter way with our gas furnace. The result is we're cutting our winter gas heating bills in half while using some of the extra electricity from our solar panels (we always run a credit with our electric company). Very competent, resourceful and pleasant to work with.

Tracy was amazing! He arrived on time, corrected the issue and was out the door in minutes. Mind you, this was on Labor Day - 2020!! He was professional, timely and the pricing was amazing! I would highly recommend Tracy/ Anthony's to anyone that is concerned about who to call for their heating and air conditioning issues.

Tony and his 3 man crew were fantastic. Fast, clean, polite, and conscientious while working in and around our house, and us, for two days.

After 27 years, I had my house's original system fully replaced. It was dual 3 ton units up in the attic and also the two outside compressor units. New system is much more quiet (no vibrations in the attic) and works great. They also balanced out all the individual air registers while here without making a fuss about it. Awesome!

Price was great, and in fact less than half (!!!) of Home Depot's vendor.
