Alfonso and Maddox recently repaired a broken pipe outside my house, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service.
We discovered water coming out of the floor in my kitchen when we turned the shower on upstairs and immediately called them. They were responsive and came out within two hours of my initial call.
The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a cracked pipe and sent a camera down to be sure that was the problem.They discovered roots going through the pipe .They not only fixed the issue inside but did a great job fixing everything outside, while leaving everything clean and intact. They clearly explained the repair process and answered all my questions patiently.
I would highly recommend their services.

Daniel was very thorough, polite and helpful. He did our annual furnace checkup and also noticed a small leak from our water heater. He contacted their plumbing department and coordinated having it fixed same day. Definitely recommend this company and this technician. Thank you.

Called Cool Air Solutions due to a funny smell coming out of my vents when turning on AC. Leonardo came in to check it out. Let me just say it wasn’t pleasant to find out what was going on! But Leo provided me with a fast quote and didn’t hesitate to do the job right then and there. He answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. I’m extremely grateful!

Just had a HVAC maintenance performed by Technician Isaiah Ochoa. He did a great job in explaining the process as to what he was going to check. He then showed me via pictures what he found and his recommendations. Isaiah was very thorough and did an excellent job.

Service Technicians Alphonso and Maddox from Cool Air Solutions Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to Replace our Water heater (nothing like waking up to the surprise of no hot water) they arrivwd in time and were very thorough and professional. Everything was explained in detail and the repaired to code. We Definitely recommend asking for these men to service your home when replacing a water heater or any of the other services offered.

Consultation with Adam and install with Josh. Both were very pleasant to work with. Josh and his partner Alex did a great job and were extremely professional and polite.

Patric, Alex and Rafael spent the day at our home installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were professional and focused on doing the best they could do. When they finished the job they cleaned up, reset our thermostat and made sure we were pleased. They were a great crew and we would recommend Cool Air Solutions highly. It all began with our salesman Matthew who we enjoyed. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

I have been a customer of Cool Air Solutions for about six months now, and my experience with them has been nothing but excellent. The technician, Mario is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly, which makes every service visit pleasant and stress-free. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions clearly, and makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. He is also consistently on time, which I really appreciate.

Josh Kaldas, HVAC tech with Cool Air Soultions, provided exceptionally professional, capable and courteous service, during the replacement of the entire HVAC system in my home. As a landlord, with considerable experience in managing properties here, in a couple of US states, and also Europe, I was very impressed with all aspects of Josh's service and professionalism. In addition to being patient, accommodating to my schedule, diligent and clearly an expert in his field, Josh's communication skills were second to none, and his care for my home whilst working in the attic and back yard was incredibly appreciated. Josh took time to explain exactly what he was doing, share the operational challenges he came across and also provided solutions (with tips to manage for the future), throuought the whole process. Despite taking longer then he expected, Josh project managed and took incredible care, even though the last day of installation was a 12 hour day, working in the heat. Josh tested, and tested again and even then, before he left, he explained the next steps for city inspections and compliance, personally handed over the service manuals, helped me set up the app for the thermostat and cleaned (including vacuuming) despite the late hour and very long day. In addition to his professional expertise, Josh left me feeling confident we had absolutely made the best choice, happy with all the checks and demonstrations he privided as well as leaving the home spotless - even thought it was late and dark outside too. He swept, and left the back and front yard just as he found it.
I have been VERY impressed and would have no hesitation about recommending Cool Air Solutions with Josh on the team. I'd also like to give a 'shout-out' to Matthew (sales) and Josh's managers who provided polished and process driven oversight, and were also a credit to the company. Thank you!
