Action Air has always been a trusted company to me both professionally and personally. German was no exception. Arrived on time, experienced, polite, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. Upon completion of his evaluation, German provided a detailed list of recommended corrections and a price. All work was completed during the same visit and the system is clean and functioning great. If you’re not familiar with the heating and cooling system in your home, Action Air is an honest and reliable contractor you can trust. Thank you guys very much, Job we’ll done German!

German was on time and took care of heating problem quickly. He explained what went wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He was courteous and left no mess in the house. Would recommend Action and German to anyone that needs HVAC service and repairs.

The installers, Josh and Dana were prompt and courteous. Knowledgeable about the system. Felt we could ask Josh any question and he listened to our concerns and addressed them.

Wonderful company for maintaining my furnace/air conditioning units! Technicians always arrive on time, are highly respectful of our property, perform exceptional work (defined as "no need, not even once, to rectify any problems - they fix it right the first time). I have a bi-annual maintenance agreement with them to service both my units, and could not be more pleased.

We appreciate that Action stands behind their work. Our technician German advocated for us during a recent challenging repair, and made sure that it was covered by warranty as it should have been. He also completed the repair as quickly as humanly possible, securing parts that needed special ordering. We have full faith in his workmanship. He is professional and a downright nice guy. Action is lucky to have him, and so are we!

Our technician German really knows his profession! He was prompt to arrive, diagnosed the issue and explained it thoroughly. He broke down the cost of the work and gave an estimated time frame and was so professional from start to finish. We will definitely be using this company again in the future. He did a great job!

I call to have service to put mastic tape back on my heating system. 1 side1 seam and you wouldn't give me a straight up. Answer of how much it cost. But said it was $75 for him to come out. But then when he come out, he told me the set price to do that. Was $250, which you knew up front. All you had to do is be front and say it's $250 for him to do work despite how minimum it was. Definitely not worth $250 to put tape on 1 seam. It was against the walls and I couldn't do it my stuff, but I thought it was best to call a professional, but all the professionals wanna do this rip you off. Thanks a lot Action , no ACTION here

German was very thorough with his investigation and describing what was going on with my air conditioning unit, he was also very apt to show me the home owners maintenance schedule and possible things to maintain my equipment to make it run more efficient. He was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. He did an amazing job helping me get my equipment back up and running and getting cold air to my family and I and we are very grateful that he showed up and he was our technician that did the job.

Very professional group. We had to replace our 44 year old furnace and ducts. They answered any and all questions. Job was completed in 2 days. Devon and crew did a great job making sure everything was done right.

Adam came into our home and did an excellent job explaining the process on replacing my entire AC and furnace after another local company damaged our system behind repair. The installation went smooth and I'm happy with the the results Our family now has a working AC that cools our entire house down perfectly.

The office staff followed up several times after installation and even handled ALL the permitting for us. 👍 I trust this company and the quality and dedication of their work. Nate Gentry repaired a duct and vent issue. Others tried to find this problem, a handful of times, previously. Nate was the first to point out what the real issue was. He was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job locating and fixing what was necessary. Kudos to Nate! Nice job. Thank you!

AC went out. I called CASH and they were able to schedule me for the same day. My technician Isaiah O was great. He explained everything, took pictures to show me what was going on with my system. System is working great now. Would recommend to family/friends.
